Having never ordered from Zappos before, I was so impressed with the customer service dept. I needed the shoes quickly and they came within a couple of days! Super service!

Text: Love these Sneakers. I love the customer service and prompt delivery of my shoes. Even when I have to return for whatever reason, the return and new pair are always complete within a few days. Never a better shoe store. I'm looking at other items now to try. Love Zappos.com.

Love the ProGrid Guide series! This was my first Guide 4, and has worked as well as the previous ones. I dedicate these shoes to half marathon training and the extra support helps on the long runs.

First time purchase of Saucony shoe. I am very pleased with the shoe--very comfortable, good foot and heel support. I do a lot of walking with my dogs and these shoes are perfect!

Awesome shoe. What I've been searching for! Feels like walking on clouds. I tried on many, many pairs of shoes to get to this one. Saucony will be my go-to brand from now on.

Love this shoe. Tons of cushiony support. Too narrow for me even in a larger size. I'll reorder wide. Thanks Zappos! You're the best.

Absolutely love these shoes. They were recommended by my foot Dr. I were them all day on concrete floors and at end of day they still feel good.

I was very happy to find this shoe on Zappos. I had an earlier version of this model which I wore for 3 years to my jazzercise class (time to retire them enfin). I have other exercise shoes but they do not fit like these do and so they sit in the closet. What more can I say...a perfect 10 (or 5 as the case may be).

These are great sneakers. They are sturdy, while not being heavy. They have netted tops, but I ran a half marathon in misty/sometimes moderate rain and my feet did not feel wet. I had orthodic inserts put in because I need them, so I cannot testify to insole/arch support so much. But these shoes are great. They did not need any breaking in and I am a first time Saucony buyer, now I will be a lifetime buyer.

I always buy Saucony ProGrid shoes for walking. My regular shoe size is a 6, but I go up to a 7.5 narrow to get extra length. The shoestring system keeps my heel in the right place and my toes never touch the sides or end of the shoe! BTW Zappos delivery set a new record. 15 hours from click to my door!

These sneakers are the best. Comfortable to walk in and they look good. I paid less for them through Zappos than I would at the sneaker store. I love them. And I love Zappos.

Provides excellent cushioning and support, lots of toe room. I ordered a size larger to accommodate custom orthotics.

Great shoe. I wore the Pro Grid Guide 3 for about a year, I was nervous about the change, but Saucony comes through again. Still the only stability shoe that I can find that is not super heavy. This is a light, cushioned shoe with great support. I have very flat feet and am currently training for a marathon.

Comfortable fit, sporty look. Great shoe. I typically buy Saucony in store so I knew exactly what I was getting.

I bought and returned 4 pairs of running shoes before I found these but Zappos was cool in upgrading my shipping every time I bought a new pair due to my hassle. And it wasn't their fault I didn't know what I was looking for, really. These shoes are great in the support and comfort area and the style is decent for Saucony. I have high arches and mild-moderate over pronation so I ended up having to buy arch support insoles. With those in there they feel great when running, hiking, walking and during high impact aerobics classes. I think the problem is my feet and not the sneaker. I love Saucony for their comfort, support, cushioning and different features for people with awkward feet. They aren't the coolest looking shoes but I will stick with their brand!

I highly recommend going to a running store to be fitted/tested to figure out what brand & style of shoe works best for you. Ordering from Zappos was very easy. The first pair of shoes I ordered were too narrow. I sent those back with free shipping from Zappos & received my new pair within a few days.

I bought this shoe along with the Peregrine. I've had the previous version of this style and to my delight there was not a huge difference. The only thing that I felt was that it seemed just a tad bit softer in the front cushion but fit was great and ride was great. This shoe has always worked well for me in the arch too because with it's medium arch support. Geat shoe Saucony!

Runs narrow even for medium. Also my left foot is longer, bigger than my right and even the half size more, 11.5, was not enough. Last, it seems lower especially at back of heel, than my old ones that I adore which are nearly in shreds. Will return and get size 12. Otherwise excellent shoe, durable and good styling. Hope this does the trick.

Good pair of shoes. I purchased them for walking and aerobics class, not for running. They are comfortable and provide good support. I wear them almost every day and so far no problems.

I would actually give these shoes a 4½ star rating. I had worn the ProGrid Guide 3 in a narrow since it came out. Since Saucony no longer makes it, I had to switch to the Guide 4. The narrow was too narrow so went to a regular width. They fit a little differently than the 3. I miss my old shoes...

I exchanged a pair of Ride 3 shoes with a defect for these shoes and paid more. Rarely have I ever had a problem with finding shoes to fit my size 10D feet, until now. When I took them out of the box, they looked like they were smaller and when I put one of them I had to squeeze my foot into them, they were still tight after removing the insole. Could this shoe have been mis-sized during production? They are supposed to be 10, but feel like 9. Now I have to exchange them again for another style. I almost want my defective shoes back. Maybe three times is a charm?

Like the new shoes, very comfortable. Only negative and the lining under the top has already torn through where my toe rubs on it. Worn them maybe 20 times for 1 hour.

I really like the look of these shoes, but I need a lot of more room in the toes because I have a bunion. They felt tight to me across the toes so I had to return the shoes.
