This shoe fit my narrow-heeled-yet- requiring-a-somewhat-roomy-toe-box foot perfectly. It was snug enough to keep my foot secure in lateral movements, yet roomy enough to keep my toes comfortable. This was the fourth pair of fitness shoes I had recently tried for cardio and cross-training workouts and I was so excited at first. Then, after wearing them for a few moments, I noticed that the slimmed-down tongue design on this shoe allowed the hard edges of the uppers to dig into my feet most painfully. In other words, the tongue is much narrower than most and there is nothing between one's foot and the edge of the upper where the last set of eyelets is. I have never seen this tongue design on an athletic shoe before. I imagine the invention was in response to some customers complaining of overly bulky tongues that caused some discomfort. I hope Saucony learns that this does not solve the problem. The tongue on this shoe is not overly padded and, in my opinion would be perfectly comfortable if it were normally sized and protected the sensitive, bony top of the foot from the hard edges of the shoe uppers. What they've done here is create a bigger problem in an otherwise fabulous shoe!

These shoes had good cushion and looked good but that's about it! First off they must be irregular. They rubbed off my left ankle so bad that I have a blister that won't heal! If I wear them, I can't lace them all the way up. I've never had shoes do this before.

I didn't want to believe the reviews that said Saucony changed the style of the shoe. The heel is too wide and your foot slips out. Front of shoe still has great support and wide foot bed. So sad I have to go to a different brand.

I love the look of these in black! I normally love the feel of Sauconys - but for some reason these shoes kill my feet. I do have plantar fasciitis and bunions, unfortunately I have to go back to my Brooks GTX - which is not a bad thing.

These shoes just didn't work for me. The top of the shoe hurt just in the time I took to walk around the house wearing them. Good quality and attractive, just not a good fit.

Too stiff, not plushy enough. I'm a fitness trainer and fitness buff. I like the brand but the higher priced items I suspect are more what I want.

I'm returning these and purchasing a more expensive Saconey shoe.

Fit perfect but were very stiff. Not sure if they will break in so had to return them. I have a pair of Saucony Running shoes that are great but wanted more cross training support but this show was not it.

I am disappointed. I love my previous pair of Saucony shoes. This one I wore to work and within an hour my feet hurt on across top of toes and rubbed blisters. Was not expecting this. They do look nice. I am totally bummed.

I am so bummed. I love my previous pair of Saucony tennis shoes. These were such a disappointment. I wore them one time to work and by the end of day I could hardly walk. For some reason they really hurt across the top of the toe. They really are nice looking shoes but not at all comfortable after a few hours.

I do cardio training with a lot of motion and needed cross training shoes. A very expensive running shoe store sold these to me. They felt like cement on my feet and the sneaker was rubbing under my ankle so bad, it was cutting my skin. I immediately took them back to the store.
