I had high hopes for Saucony because of the reviews. I am very flat footed, requiring orthotics and my gait is compromised by neuropathy. At my age in my seventies I need support and have worn the Brooks shoes for years but was looking for a white shoe and a shoe that was a bit lighter. I tested these shoes with a sock first and could not get my foot into the shoe at all! I purchased a size 10 because of the orthotics and D wide. Returning for EE double wide and fingers crossed!

Arch support was almost non existent.

These shoes were wider than both my New Balance and Puma's that are not narrow. And the arch support was nonexistent.

Zero arch support, and I mean zero. Insole is flat as a pancake.

When I tried them on, I felt it was much narrower and disappointed it didn't fit me. I have the white one but I think it's an older version of this type of item? Any way, I'll just keep looking.

I wanted to like these...but they felt cheaply made.

I was looking for a good athletic walking shoe and thought I would give these a try due to the positive ratings. They were out of stock in the white so I settled for the tan color. First, they are much darker than the picture and not very attractive but I can live with that. I tried them on to find them very stiff. There is plenty of room in the toe box which is great. Once I walked around in them in my house a few minutes, the stiff back of the shoe was stabbing painfully into my achilles tendon. Clearly these would need to be "broken in"...something I am unwilling to do with an athletic shoe. Back they go.

I have worn this shoe for years and always loved the fit and comfort. This time not so much. I ordered my reg. size 8 1/2 wide. The fit has changed. They were shorter and the toe box is not as high. So I returned them and tried a 9 wide. This pair is too big and even with a liner in them slips off my heal. So long to my favorite shoe. So frustrating when this happens! How can an 8 1/2 be so small and a 9 so big?

Have no idea about these and the other pair of Saucony I ordered to try - cat or dog hair on the insole and dirt on the outside, so I didn't try them on. First time this has EVER happened.

This shoe was so so narrow. I bought the white one too same size and brand and the white one was excellent. I love it. But sadly the black pair was not an extra wide more like extra narrow.

Zappo's is such an amazing company and customer service bent over backwards trying to help me find a shoe. I have difficult feet to fit. It was suggested that I try this Sauconay shoe since I love the Sauconay fit. However, I didn't realize it is such a flexible shoe and that doesn't work for my feet. Also, needed a wider shoe and the widest in Sauconay is 2E so this shoe is way too narrow. I think the fit also is narrower for a 2E. I used to be a wide, but now it looks like I'm 4E and the max width carried is 4E. I love the Sauconay fit for narrower heels and wider forefeet. I used to wear the Grid Omni all the time, but my feet are wider now plus the new shoes from the company fit bit narrower. I agree with one reviewer that the new Omni Grid fit is 1/8th of a size smaller than the older versions. I WISH Sauconay carried 4E in all their shoes and made the width more true to size :( Again, kudos to Zappos for their customer service and free shipping and returns - great company!!

I read a ton of reviews, and based on that, bought this shoe...so disappointing. Felt so hard inside, and not wide enough in the toe box. I use orthotics, and they slid in nicely, but like I said, the comfort and cushion was just lacking. I had never tried a saucony, and I probably will not again.

I got these shoes after having knee surgery. I thought they would be supportive rather than the heels I usually wear. After two weeks I developed plantar fasciitis. There is absolutely NO arch support, and the insole is extremely thin. They are also huge and not very attractive. Very disappointed. If I hadn't already worn them I would return them.

I don't recommend these at all.they barely lasted me 3 months before they started falling apart from the inside out.then the tan turned to a blackish color. They offered no support for met bone spurs:( really bad shoe choice.zappos is great tho.really amazing I just didn't like the shoe

these shoes were too tight for my feet with my orthotics. Even if I ordered the next size bigger, they still don't feel right. Just me. Maybe they work for someone else. I will keep searching for the right shoe.

I ordered the same size Saucony shoe I purchased a year ago in a different style which was a perfect fit. The Progrid Integrity has a completely different fit/last. At first I thought the wrong size had been sent! The Progrid is 1 in. shorter, narrower, and has a short vamp. I called Zappos who said Saucony makes several different lasts. It would be nice if the last information/name could be included with the shoe descriptions to help buyers.

These sneakers did not have any stability control at all. I am an over pronator and they made my feet worse, not better. Do not buy them!

I bought these shoes for work in June 2015. They were very comfortable as the reviews stated. But they did not hold up well at all. I have only been wearing them for 4 months and they are already coming apart and are so worn out that they are killing my feet. I expected a lot more from an 80 dollar pair of shoes.

From what I had read I was expecting good support with this shoe, not so much! Sloppy footbed, too wide and I ordered a medium. Would not order this brand again.

The worst Saucony shoe I have ever bought. It has absolutely no cushioning. You might as well walk barefoot. The leather upper means that your foot does not breathe. I usually wear Saucony running shoes for walking purposes because they actually have cushioning. I thought that I would give a true "walking" shoe a try. Biggest mistake ever.
