Shoe shopping is always a difficult task for me. As a child, I had to wear unfashionable tie oxfords while the rest of my classmates wore fashionable loafers. The heels of the shoes would always slide up and down. Sometimes I would walk right out of the shoe unless the shoe was securely tied to my foot. Until about 15 years ago, I was able to buy narrow width AA shoes from better shoe stores. Then I was told nobody wore narrow shoes anymore, so the stores stopped carrying them. Just to make buying shoes interesting, not only is my foot narrow, the right foot also pronates due to an overly flexible or collapsed arch. This creates more fit problems for the right foot. First time to ever try a Saucony shoe. Usually stuck with New Balance or Easy spirit because of the narrow width...bummer. This is a great shoe. It is lightweight for being leather, fit well and made my feel happy. Heel is nice and snug, but toes have plenty of room. A comfortable, flexible shoe. I like a leather shoe to keep the lab nasties and chemicals off my feet in case I spill something. I think my feet will be happy for hours working in these. I am on my feet a lot so comfort is a non-negotiable. Style is. They aren't too ugly, but I do get tired of the ties.

Perfect fit from the moment I put it on. Soft and cushiony. Walked all around London on cobblestones and never felt them.

I haven't worn these very much yet. I bought them to wear while walking outside. Then, the snow and frigid weather came! Won't be walking outside anytime soon. However, they do feel comfortable with good support. I think I will like these. I used to buy only New Balance, but their walking shoes have gotten considerably worse since the WW845. Saucony may be my current "go to" shoe.

Great shoe! First, this shoe is much lighter than it's clunky, chunky appearance would have you believe. I have big feet so they don't look very attractive, but the cushion, lightness, and overall feel are great. I'm a former runner (had to give it up due to back surgeries) converted speed walker and these shoes meet the challenges of mixed surfaces, hills and all. As a runner Saucony was my shoe. I was unsure of sizing, so I ordered both 9.5 and 10 wide. I have kept both, the 10 can accommodate my thick winter socks for those sub teen degree days. If you are looking for a light-weight, stable, cushioned shoe for all day comfort or long speed walks, this is your shoe! Since I wear orthotics, I cannot adequately address arch support, other than to note that without my orthotics the shoes did not feel to have much arch support (compared to what my orthotics provide).

These are extremely comfortable straight out of the box. I like plain gym shoes and these are that. I have wide feet so ordered wide which are great. A plus is that unlike other wide gym shoes I have these do not look wide.

I have a wide toe box (small bunions) but I cannot use a wide since they would then to be large in the heel. Tried these and I really do like them. Bought them to replace my worn Asics GEL-Foundation Walker 2 . Hope this helps those who have a foot like mine. I know their reviews help me.

It was the reviews that got me to try these shoes & I have to say they were right on. My feet just kill me. As soon as I put these shoes on i knew they were all that I wanted. Rare find for my wide aching feet... So I will be ordering these for now on. Try them out. I know you will be amazed!

These shoes were recommended to me because I have high arches and plantar fasciitis. They are wonderful in terms of comport and support. I wish they came in more than one other color and that they had more style.

I am on my second pair of these and I hope Saucony continues to make these shoes! They provide the perfect support (along with my orthotics) to help me recover completely from plantar faciitis. I am on the treadmill several times a week with no pain now!

Great shoe! I had worn a different brand for my power walks for several years. When that shoe was discontinued, I found these. They are comfortable and give good support. I can wear them all day and my feet still feel good at the end of the day. One note: I did find that I needed a wide instead of a medium.

I put these shoes through a rigorous test -- 5 days in Disney World, walking many miles for hours every day. I am delighted with how comfortable the shoes were, even on my right foot, which has some nerve damage. In preparation for this trip, I also purchased a pair of SAS shoes at about the double the cost of the Saucony shoes, and do not honestly feel that the more expensive shoe was any more supportive. I am so pleased with the Saucony shoes, that I plan to buy another identical pair very soon.

I have a wide forefoot, big toes that tilt upwards and Plantar's faciitus. I originally purchased this Saucony Progrid Integrity ST 2 and a pair of Brooks Addictions. I sent back the Brooks and kept the Saucony. They have a decent look to them for a stability shoe and that is an improvement over my New Balance 1123's. I have worn the NB 1123's for 4 years and then as usual NB decides they have to change everything which left me in the cold. After several attempts with different brands I lucked into the Saucony. I read some reviews which gave me hope and I purchased them in 8.5 XW / black. After trying them for a couple of minutes around the house I knew I would keep them. I have to have a shoe that gives stability and some motion control. After adding my own PowerStep insoles these do the trick for me. They are wide enough in the toe box and deep enough in the toe box and that is a KEY requirement for me. After wearing the blacks ones for a couple weeks I ordered them in white too. I always worry that they will quite making the style etc. I would love to see them in more colors! I can say that either color fits the same and I am VERY happy with the purchase. If I could make any improvement I would ask for more cushioning in the ball of the foot area, but I won't ask for miracles. Thanks Saucony for a shoe I can wear.

Overall, this is a very comfortable shoe. I bought them to wear to work, which is a concrete-floored retail space, and they haven't let me down. The insoles aren't exactly removable (I was a bit under the impression that all Saucony's shoes had removable insoles), but they still seem to have plenty of room even after inserting my insoles. The back of the shoe has plenty of structural support for heels without the front of the shoe being too squishy on my toes. These Sauconys might not be uber-stylish, but they're good to my feet at a fair price.

I love these shoes. This is the third pair of these shoes I have purchased. They have a roomy toe box which is something I need and haven't found in other athletic shoes. I replace the innersole with a purchased one that has better arch support.

I love these shoes. The toe box is larger than most shoes. Most stores do not carry women's sizes above 10. I wanted 10.5 and Zappos had several brands.

These shoes are great! I developed plantar fasciitis and had to find a good pair of shoes with good heel comfort and support. Also I have a problem getting a toe box wide enough and cannot wear wide sizes because I have narrow heels. These shoes are great. I hope that they will still be available when they wear out to order another pair.

As the girls' soccer coach said to me when he saw the box from Zappos, "Saucony are the BEST!" I have to agree with him and almost all the other reviews. These shoes are so much more comfortable, have better arch support, and better cushioning than New Balance. I have a wide forefoot and narrow heel, and the medium size gives my toes plenty of room and my heel does not slip up and down. I have been looking for good shoes for walking to work and these seem to fit the bill. I believe I am a Saucony gal now.

Very comfortable shoes. Has extra room in the toe area which provides relief for painful cramping. Walking every day in these shoes makes me and my dog very happy.

I wear these shoes to work in a dinner restaurant as a waitress. The toe box is very wide and quite comfortable and the heel is narrow enough to not slip. A perfect fit. Thank Zappos for the ez ord and quick shipping.

These are great shoes! I have extremely problematic feet, with very large bunions, requiring a WW width, but I have narrow heels. My feet are shaped like a duck's. I had never tried Sauconys before, but did so at the urging of my husband and then of a guy at the local shoe store for runners. I do not run, just walk. These were comfortable right out of the box. The mesh tongues didn't cut into the fronts of my ankles the way the stiff leather in my New Balance walking shoes had begun to do, as did several alternatives I tried. Had they all begun using a cheaper grade of leather the past few years? After three weeks of wearing the Sauconies, I am loving them so much that I just ordered another pair! They run about half a size shorter than New Balances, so take that into account when ordering.

I severely sprained & fractured my right ankle & wear an ace bandage, a medical sock & an ankle brace. I couldn't fit in my regular size 10D New Balance sneaker. I also couldn't fit in my husband's 12D sneakers. I had worn Saucony before & they were very comfortable for my picky feet. I bought these Saucony size 12EE for my right injured foot. They fit perfectly.

Not too wide! I have gotten other wide width sneakers that really swam on me. These are not for those with really wide feet. It is good for those who need a little extra space!

Great fit - at least for my feet. Comfortable support. These feel relatively light weight and give you foot plenty of flex, while still maintaining great cushioning and support. I do a lot of walk-run intervals and these are great.
