I have problem feet. I try many shoes from Zappos. Thank God that I can return the shoes that hurt my feet. These are the most comfortable ones yet..I ordered another pair, but they are on Backorder.

This is my fifth pair of these shoes. I have bunions, arthritis and had plantar fasciitis for several years. Wearing these with cushioned hiking socks allowed my feet to heal and lets me walk miles every day without pain. I am a gardener and walk 6-8 miles a day at work. I had to get special permission to wear these instead of steel-toe shoes or hiking boots, but it made all the difference. I finally decided to go from 9.5DD to 10EE, and the new ones fit even better. I use very firm supportive orthotics to provide enough support for my high arches and sensitive heels. Now I wear the smaller-sized shoes with thinner socks and when I don't want to look too "orthopedic".

Hard to find good quality sneakers with a wide and high tie box plus at least moderate arch support. These are working well. They look really heavy but are only moderately so on the foot. Comfort and support all day. Not particularly attractive but I’ll be satisfied with the comfort and stability

Bought these based on reviews. Very stable walking shoe. I wore them 8 hours out of the box without difficulty. Feel a little rigid at first, but otherwise comfortable; time will tell if they “break in” or not. “Grandma” styling, but that works for the purpose. Since I live in the south, these will be good winter walkers, would likely be too warm in the heat of summer. I am typically a 9 or 9.5 and bought the 9. It feels like the right size and the width is good; I’m wearing them with lightweight wool socks. Enough room in the toe box to wiggle the digits.

I've been a new balance wearer for many, many years. But a reviewer there mentioned Saucony so I gave these shoes a try. I ordered them and a pair of NB857s so I could do a head to head comparison. The NBs were ok, but these were so much more comfortable that I am converted. I've been wearing them for a couple of days and have not had any issues. I'm returning the NBs and will only order Saucony from now on.

I am a server and I need something comfortable and durable. I have to put my own insoles in because I need more arch support than these have but with the insoles they are perfect.

I order 1/2 size larger and fit perfect. Great wider toe section. This is the 3rd pair I have had and the fit has remained constant. Good heel and ankle support. I do alot of walking and these shoes hold up really well. My only complaint is that they don't come in any fun colors. Boring! LOL!

I bought a second pair for my plantar fasciitis feet, 12 M. I hate the black shoes that look like men's shoes on a foot of my size, but I will not sacrifice comfort and support. This fit the bill for both. This review is being written a year after purchase. With care the shoes have lasted me a long time.

I was searching for a leather walking shoe for cold weather and through burrs or stickers. This was perfect. I love being able to get 10.5 which is a difficult size. I would prefer a bit more color to break up the white expanse of said 10.5! I have a high instep and no difficulty with first few hikes.

This is absolutely my favorite shoe. This is my third, maybe fourth pair and this pair is half size shorter than the others which I should have been wearing all along. Just goes to show, a great shoe will work even in the wrong size. I have them on right now out of the box and they feel so good..

The toe box allows my toes to splay a little in the medium width, which is essential for me. My foot feels very stable in this shoe and my toes are not numb through the day. The heel does not slip. I have plantar fasciitis and have ordered an arch support. The arch support in this is moderate. I will say, without the arch support my feet, arches have not hurt. These shoes are not super light or heavy, medium weight. I am at high risk for falls and feel very stable in them. My one complaint is the laces. They are the material that does not stay tied so I must double tie.

Love these shoes. I have a pair in white also. As soon as I took them out of the box, I put them on my feet and took off. No issues at all and I have a very narrow foot 2AA with an even narrower heel.

Love these. I usually have trouble finding true fit. Saucony sneakers never let me down.

This is a very attractive shoe for being a wide shoe. Unfortunately I am returning this shoe as the toe box is not wide enough and I could feel my three little toes against each other (this being with my chosen insole inserts and without the removable foot bed).

I walk a lot and these are my go-to walking shoes. I love that they are all white so I can wear them with anything. They are comfortable and supportive. My feet feel great.

Very comfortable from the get-go. Size & width seem accurate, with excellent support. Very attractive appearance & styling.

I have wide flat feet and I still had side by side wiggle room. I should have bought the medium width. That being said, I am keeping them and just added an insole to accommodate. Overall very satisfied, just what I needed for long days on my feet at work. A great solid black shoe!

I love the feel of these shoes. I wear a size 11 wide so I have a hard time finding the right shoe. I also have neuropathy in my toes so I need a wide toe box. I LOVE ZAPPOS for letting me try so many shoes before I find the right one. This time I was looking for a shoe to play Pickleball in, but could not find a tennis/court shoe that fit. Any ideas please send them my way. This shoe I got was just to comfortable so I had to keep it. It is considered a walking shoe but I might play pickleball in it anyways! I ordered these to get women's size ( not a men's substitute of smaller size ) and a walking shoe (not running shoe). I am delighted with the support, and overall secure fit. Read an article in a fitness magazine that recommended this shoe and model.
