They're adorable!! I would have given 5 stars but they do make your feet sweat since they're a rubber material. Walked around in them all day yesterday which made me get a buster on the side of my arch of foot. Are a little narrow for us wide feet people. Sweaty foot=blister. Better for hanging around and not walking around all day long on city adventures.

-Sizing is kind of off because they don't offer half sizes. For me a 12 is big but an 11 is entirely too tight.Since you have to size up "stuff" easily can get into the shoe around your ankles because they're too large. -Don't agree that these are a substitute for water shoes or aqua socks. The holes let sand and rocks in. -Also not a substitute for those looking for sock less alternatives to boat shoes or flip flops. You sweat and "stuff" gets in the holes and sticks to you feet. -One reviewer said he wears these on a boat and calls them "slip free". No way! Especially when they start to get worn in they can be down right dangerous to wear on any slippery surface. Wearing these on a boat is an extremely bad idea. I've had two occasions where I've almost taken a really good slip/fall which I'm blaming on my Natives. -The hiking boots they make, the Fitzsimmons, are not waterproof. The sizing with these are off as well. I do get lots of compliments on them, mostly from women. The look and concept of them are really cool but everything I said above is true.

Beautiful casual shoe. I rate it 5 stars. However, it was not good for my foot. It was slightly too narrow just at the arch and it came up a bit too high on my foot. It would have given me blisters. I'm so sorry it wasn't good for me. I hope it will be good for you. It's nice and cushy on the bottom.

This is my third pair of Jefferson shoes (I have them in grey and bright blue too!) These shoes are perfect for many activities. Most recently I've been wearing them to the splash pad with my nieces & nephews. They are like sandals in that they can get wet and dry quickly BUT they stay on your feet! The fit is great. I am normally an 8.5 (women's) and I purchased the 9. They are roomy but comfortable. The only thing I wouldn't recommend them for are long walks. Otherwise, this is a great shoe!

I freaking love them. Everywhere I go I'm asked "what are those called?" Or "where did you get those?" Thank you so much Zappos and Native.

My son wanted these to fit. Way too tight across the top. He took them off his foot was spotted. Great looking - he even agreed but needs more give.

This shoe is what I expected from reading other reviews: runs large, so I ordered a size smaller, adjusts to your feet as you wear it, so it feels really good. Perfect for casual. Washes in my machine and looks like new. I actually bought two pairs, the other one in navy. I love the easy style for everyday.

Good looking shoe. Great for travel because it is lightweight. However, I don't recommend walking miles because I got some blisters on my heels walking around Chicago. However, figured they would be great in the rain.

Loved the look and feel. Definite a eye catcher. The only downside is if there's a hot sun, thru those perforations you will develop sun spots on your feet.

These shoes are the bomb. Eight year old son wears them every single summer. Toughest, raddest looking shoe ever. Also love that they're easy to slip on. Will continue to buy them here, too. Zappos is awesome!

This is my fourth pair of Natives in as many years. Ordinarily I wouldn't rave about a shoe that I feel the need to replace every year, but Natives are so comfortable, practical, and stylish (seriously, I regularly get stopped on the streets by folks asking me about them) that I tend to wear them nearly every day and in all different situations (street, beach, even light hiking), with the result that holes have worn through the soles of two of my pairs. For the price point, though, I don't mind replacing them. They may run a little large but since my feet are wider than average ordering my "actual" size worked out just fine. Try them out - you won't be disappointed!

Excellent shoes for all summer occasions. Whether at a picnic in the park, hanging out around the pool, at the beach, or just about any other summer activities these shoes are perfect. They are super comfortable with a molded arch support (something that is lacking in most water shoes). However, I did need to order a size smaller than I actually wear.

I'm usually an 8, ordered a 7 (no half sizes available.) 7 was too snug and I'm sure the 8 will be too big. Disappointed.

Not just for kids! I wear these with leggings, skirts and jeans as a manager and bartender at a restaurant for 7+ hour shifts. Super comfy and I love that they won't make my feet smell like Fritos like my Converse. Recommended them to my sister and she bought them immediately and loves them. I look forward buying more pairs. Love the colors. I'm an 8. Bought an 8. Perfect. Wide enough too. Promise.

I really love the way this shoe looks and it fits well. Am wondering if it will be an uncomfortable choice for summer because it is made out of plastic. Although there are air holes all over there is not any real support built into this shoe. Guess I will opt for a sturdier like a pair of Keen's River Shoes.

Love this shoe, love the design, it's so different. When I first saw them I thought they were going to be too small, but they fitted comfortably.

Love these shoes! They are extremely comfortable and perfect for everyday wear. They are great to just slip on or take to the pool and you don't have to worry about them getting wet. I bought my toddler a pair in the navy and gray and he loves them. I also purchased my husband a pair in the navy and he loves that they are breathable and don't make his feet hot in the summertime. They run pretty true to size. Would definitely recommend and would purchase again!

I bought these for beach walking with prescription orthotics. My podiatrist will not even consider Crocs, which I wore a lot before developing drop foot from spinal damage. I had to have him secure Velcro inside with a special strong glue, since the normal glue on the Velcro would not adhere to the Native foam material. I am hoping that they do not rub the sides or tops of my feet and make blisters, as the foam seems stiffer than Crocs. I am going to walk the dog in the beach today and give the Natives a trial run. Wish me luck.

As a USA Swim official, this shoe meets the uniform criteria on the pool deck. The closed toe area and the breathable holes allow for water splashed to exit the shoe efficiently. The shoes dry out quickly after the meets and is ready to be used throughout the day from prelims to finals.

I love the look as they resemble Converse and go with anything. I wanted a shoe I could slip on and where to the beach or pool and not worry about sand or getting wet. These are great.

Super cute, very comfortable. Took them out of the box and wore them every day for a week. Love these and want more colors.

My son grew out of the little kid size 3 so I ordered smallest adult size and they were too big for him but fit me. My son wants another pair this summer but I'm having trouble finding the right size for him. Little kid 3 is too small, adult women's size 5 too big. Also, I've been pining for the pink Jefferson's to come in adult size for a couple years now!

Way too narrow for quick on and off, which is what my ten-year-old wanted in a shoe for camp. Once on, he said they were comfortable but he didn't like the struggle to get them on.

So I guess the question now is when will Native start doing half sizes? It seems like every review mentions it and I have to agree, I wish I was wearing 6.5's instead of 6's (normally a women's 7). I'm hoping mine will ease out a little with wear, I tend to like my shoes on the roomier side but I didn't want to risk going too large and having my heel slip out. Super comfy and lightweight, sweet style.
