These shoes have the weirdest fit ever. They were reviewed as wide which is what I normally need, but these are double wide and very short. They also fit oddly around the toe box - hard to describe. I ordered a 38 for my size 7 feet and they were still too short. Very disappointing as the style was cute and I liked the cushioned feel. But as soon as I tried them on I knew they couldn't work and no chance another size would work.

I feel like my toes are broken and that I have a lump on the bottom of my foot. These shoes are incredibly uncomfortable even though they're so cute. Will not buy from this company again.

I'm a bit surprised that after so many good reviews I would feel the opposite. I would not describe this shoe as having good support. It is cushioned to the touch, but feels flat and uncomfortable on the foot. The chunky sole that looked supportive felt surprisingly unstable. I got these for my work as a teacher but they did not seem safe for my purposes. I expected much more for the price.

These shoes are so cute, but they have no arch support. I wish they would have worked for me. Love Zappos!

I was so looking forward to these. Disappointing. They are clunky and unattractive...and I usually like clunky. They are very small also. Going back.

I bought these based on the reviews and the people with "the feet from hell" who said these are so comfortable. Seriously these shoes are horrible. The first day I wore them, I thought my toes were broken and it took a couple of weeks (of not wearing them) for them to feel normal again. Also, this welt grew under my toes that I've never ever had. It has gone done but it still hurts sometimes. I don't understand the high scores.

There is a flaw in the design of the strap snap. I returned the first pair because the snap failed. Zappos promptly sent another pair. When the snap failed on the second pair I took them to my shoe repair shop and had all the snaps replaced. For this reason, in spite of the fact that I receive frequent compliments on the shoes, I will not recommend them to anyone.
