Beautiful pump! Fashionable, classic, and comfortable. I think the platform makes all the difference. When I first put them on, they were a little tight on the sides and in the toe box, but upon walking around the house for 15 minutes, they stretched out nicely. I'm only giving 4 overall stars because I do have some toe cleavage. But other than that, I'm very happy with this purchase!

Great looking shoe but a little narrow so if you have wider feet, it may not be a good fit.

I just could not make this shoe fit. I had ordered it in a 7 and a 7 1/2; both were too small so I ordered an 8 and put insoles in. The last is shallow. I kept walking out of them.

I chose this pump because I wanted a lower heel with a platform. They felt great at first, but after standing a while in them, I realized the tiny pinching on my pinky toes became a full on blister. (And I have narrower feet!)

Ordered my usual size 9½ but my toes were cramped. Lovely shoe, though.

These are really cute. A little loose in the back and they slip off my foot when I walk. I bought heel liners to place in the shoe (and they help), but they still slip a little. Wouldn't recommend wearing for a long time if you'll be standing, but they look great!

Really beautiful shoe. Great service, as always. Try as I might, I just can't walk in it without my heel slipping out.

These shoes are beautiful, and for the most part very comfortable, especially for heels. A bit of a warning though, the opening of the shoe is pretty low-cut, exposing a half inch or so of my very short toes; so if you have average to long-ish toes, I'm not sure how these would do for you. Could be no problem, who knows. Also, the round toe (as described above) definitely tapers towards the narrow, and I could see some discomfort after a long day of wear. But overall, these things feel great, and look amazing.

Oh, how I wanted to love these shoes! They are beautiful and look great on - but they absolutely killed my feet. I ordered these in a 7.5 but they were way too tight in the toe box and length - so I returned them for an 8, which was then too big. I kept stepping out of them. I even tried heel inserts which sort of kept me in the shoe better, but the balls of my feet ached terribly. Because I'd worn them, I gave them to a friend who is a size 8 but she had the same problems. We were both so sad.

Didn't fit so am returning them. They were very big in the heel. I didn't think they looked quite as nice as online so wasn't that disappointed to have to send them back. Thank goodness for Zappos!

These shoes have a great look, but they kept slipping at the heel. Overall they were very uncomfortable, and I don't think another size would fix the problem. I will return them.

Okay, so I received the size 10 and it was slightly too big, especially around the heel. Couldn't keep it on my foot. It's still a beautiful, elegant yet sexy shoe, that runs a little small. It is cut low around the top of the toes so you'll see lots of cleavage there. Wish they fit.

Beautiful shoe, but I have to return it for a larger size. Will see if that works. I'm normally a 9.5 and they were so tight in the front that I thought I'd mistakenly ordered a 9. Hope the 10 won't be too big otherwise, these will have to go back for good. They have built-in shock absorption in the ball of the foot! A nice feature. These could be my go-to shoe this fall. I have my fingers crossed.

This shoe is gorgeous. However, like many have noted, the fit is really off - it was both too small and too big at the same time. My heel slid out, yet my toes were squished. Unfortunately, I had to wear this shoe right away so I did not try to exchange it and, instead, just put in heel pads. I still kept falling out of the shoes all day and they made huge blisters on my toes and heels. Exquisite shoe, but also exquisitely uncomfortable.

I don't know what the deal with this shoe is, but I just can't find the right fit. It's a super cute pump and I absolutely love the look of it, but the problem is the sizing of this shoe. I'm usually a 10, but per the other reviews I ordered a 9.5. The 9.5 was super tight and uncomfortable. So then I ordered the 10 and it was super loose to the point that I was falling out of them. I don't understand how there can be that much of a fit difference between half sizes. You can try ordering these shoes but you'll likely have to return them due to fit issues.

I thought I had found my ultimate black pump with this shoe but (like many others on other shoe websites) I found the shoes bizarrely sized. The size 7 was too big and my heel came out of the shoe as I walked, but the 6.5 was too small. This seems to be a common finding with shoes, which is a shame because the height is perfect for work and all day wear and the quality and style are great.

This was one of the most heartbreaking shoe returns ever. This shoe is perfect: great height, comfortably built, and the platform is stylish, but the toe box is so tight that it is impossible to wear. I ordered my standard 8.5, and it was too tight, so I ordered the 9, and the toe box was perfect, but I have almost a 1/2 inch of extra space in the length. I am miserable because this shoe is gorgeous, and the bronze would have matched tons of outfits.

I thought these were adorable shoes. I have a high tolerance for high heels but these shoes hurt my feet so incredibly bad that the pain ran up my legs while the shoes would not stay on my feet - making it look like I could not walk in heels. I only wish I wore them around the house first. Now I am stuck with an expensive pair of shoes that I cannot wear or return. I am not happy.

I love these shoes! They are super comfortable for a shoe that looks this great. The shiny snake-skin pattern gives them that little something to make any outfit more interesting. I was a little worried from the pictures because I have a slightly wide foot, but somehow the shape through the end manages to fit well while looking more narrow. The inside is also squishy so these are comfortable to wear all day. I'd highly recommend them.

These shoes are beautiful. However, they do run narrow. I felt pain after trying them on for several minutes. I may need to return them, unfortunately.

Great shoe! True to size for me (size 8, of which there are precious few). The platform makes the shoe comfortable to walk in -- it feels as if the heel is a 2". Danced all night in these beauties first time out. Highly recommend. Just wish there were more options in size 8. I'd buy them all.

I wanted to like this shoe so badly, but the size 7.5 was so small, and the size 8 was huge! I generally wear a size a 8, and had ordered both sizes based on other reviews. Unfortunately, neither size fit. Too bad. Both pairs are being returned...
