I've previously owned them, knew they worked well, so ordered a new pair. The fact that they are 3/4 length makes it very easy to remove and slip into a different pair of shoes, eliminating the need to have a separate inserts for each pair of shoes.

Years ago they were recommended by a podiatrist to try before paying for a custom orthotics. They have worked for all. These years and I constantly recommend them to friends and family.

Our podiatrist recommended these insoles to help with his plantar fasciitis. He couldn't believe the difference they have made in the amount of pain he has in his heals. It is nice to see him walking without wincing.

I have been using these for my Plantar fasciitis for many years. The arch supports feel great and last a long time before replacement. I plan to continue using them until I can find something better.

I have been using Spenco orthotics for over 20 years. As a basketball referee, your feet take quite a pounding. This is a great product that helps people with plantar fasciitis.

They feel very comfortable inside the shoe. I haven’t actually put them through a work shift, but walking around the house in them for about 5 minutes to get a feel. The bottom of the insole is like a hard plastic so I’m waiting to see how 8 hours on them feel on my feet.

These were better than my custom made inserts.
I had complete reconstruction surgery on my right foot. After going through two casts I am now in a boot. I could finally wear my RX Orthotic Arch Insole. These work like a charm and are comfortable. I highly recommend them.

my orthopedic md told me years ago about these arches! It is amazing to me that such a simple shoe insert packs such wallop! After only a few times wearing these inserts plantar fascitis was gone! Definitely effective in eliminating the heel pain of plantar fascitis because of the arch support! My plantar fascitis was so bad that I had to wear a CAM Boot for months because it had progressed into my achillies tendon! But that is gone now!

An instant cure for my plantar fasciitis. The only arch support that works for me. Have been using for 20 years. Long lasting and effective product. Have tried other brands and options and have found none as effective.
