Soft and supportived--a dream for my high arches and thinning fat pads. I bought several more.

These are great! I needed some arch support, stability control and cushioning. Cannot use them in dress shoes but have worked for me in clogs, running shoes and shoes with laces.

I need good arch support that is not too rigid or prominent and these insoles really work for me -- better than the regular Spenco "unisex" insoles. When you compare the two types side by side, they look pretty much the same, but somehow there is a subtle difference that provides more comfortable support. My only complaint is the pink color -- it looks terrible in most shoes and gets easily stained by dark colored socks! I really hope Spenco will begin offering these in a darker color soon.

I want to get these to replace my expensive custom insoles, but I choose to return them. The custom ones just have so much more support than these. They aren't bad...but not enough for my fussy feet!

This is a good basic insert. not too thick so it will fit in a lot of types of shoes. not a super amount of arch support so I will be using these in more casual shoes, not work shoes. I purchased 8 different inserts and this is one of the 3 that I kept

This is a very good insole if you have high arches. I have plantar fascitis and these feel really good. I've tried lots of the others, but these have the best support. You have to take out the insole of your shoe to use these in your trainers. But they work great.

I bought these insoles to put into Easy Spirit sneakers (AP1) since I have flat feet and lately I do not feel enough support - so, these made all the difference, but somehow I have less available space for toes of my left foot. I trimmed them according to the shape of their insoles.

These inserts have both positive and negative aspects. The support aspect is great, but they are definitely not cushy.

I have back pain & a bunion on my right foot these are just the right support in my walking shoes.

These are great! Not top of the line, but not too shabby either. They add the extra support I need in my running shoes so that I can wear them all day on a cement surface for work.

I bought these for pronation control and plantar fasciitis. They perform well for the stability issue, but has not helped my PF. I have two pair and have worn them in boots, Keds and running shoes. They add cushioning but not enough arch support for me. I'm going to try Orthaheel next.

These were purchased to give some support to my Uggs, they give great support (I have plantar fasciitis, making Uggs ouchy) but they have made my boots STINKY, holding onto the sweat. It's positively revolting. I really love how the boots feel with the insoles in, so I would recommend wearing an absorbent sock with these at all times, or invest in a deodorizer. I have never had this issue with any other insole, btw, just in case you thought I had extra-stinky feet. ;)

Excellent arch support. However, the padding in the forefoot area was built up quite thickly. It took up a lot of room in my shoe and put too much pressure on the forefoot area. Had to pull them out after a couple of miles. The woman's version also does not adjust the width for a woman's shoe. This insole is also the same width as the regular Spenco total support insole, so it did not provide any improved fit in my shoe.
