Awesome, Awesome, Awesome! These are the insoles I have been looking for. Excellent arch support. I have no arches, narrow feet and long toes. Shoes that fit me in length are usually too wide and almost never have enough arch support. Insoles I have tried before usually have the arch too far forward in the length I need. These insoles have an extra long end for trimming down to fit shoes and the arch hits at just the right spot. The grey colored arch support is rigid and a good height. These are not just extra cushioning, they are real support for your feet. I will definitely be buying more in the future.

I am on my feet all the time at work so I need some extra support for my arches. I now wear Spenco which gives me the support I need, but also extra cushion for other parts of my feet.

Love them! Did I mention I love them? I have very high arches which is painful to my legs to wear flat shoes. I bought these and also the "hot pink super feet". I will be wearing my Spenco's in my running shoes, boots (Uggs and regular boots), heels (if they fit), and ski boots since they are thicker with more support than the SuperFeet. I decided to keep my SuperFeet since they seem to have great reviews also, but will be using them for other shoes that my Spencos do not fit in. Overall, I will never wear another pair of shoes without them! Now I can start my running program again!

I always buy the green Spenco for extra cushioning in my exercise shoes, thought I'd try these this time. I don't feel they work as well as the other cheaper ones...would be just a good footbed in a regular shoe.

I think these are great. They do run wide like another reviewer stated so I can really only put them in my running shoes. But I have very high arches and I definitely think these are working! My running shoes are a size 7 and the size 5/6 insoles worked perfect.

I was told to get more supportive inserts for my sneakers because I have pronated ankles. These have reasonably good arch support, definitely better than the ones that come with sneakers. The silver part is rigid, which is good, it helps the the arch hold its shape. If you need really serious arch support, there are better inserts out there, such as the SuperFeet brand. These are fine for moderate support, especially in shoes that already have some arch support. They definitely make my shoes more comfortable, I wear them everyday and my feet feel great. In my case they do not make my shoes feel any tighter. You can always return them right away if they do not work with your shoes.

Sometimes we just don't need new sneakers but new support and inserts. These made my sneakers feel brand new. Highly reccmonet them for keeping your feet in their best shape.

I am very happy with these insoles. Been having severe pain in my feet from wearing too many high heels and boots with no support. These saved a pair of boots I thought I wouldn't, be able to wear again. However, I ordered a size 11 for my shoe size and they are huge! Next pair will be one size smaller...but these fit the bill!

Great support, but make shoes way too tight. Only work in shoes that are too big.

Nice orthotic - I have very high arches. I wear an athletic shoe 1/2 size larger than my regular shoe size to accommodate this orthotic.

I bought two pair and they are so great, I bought another two pair. They are the only arch supports I have seen recently with metatarsal support as well as regular arch support. I also have a tendency to overpronation and these really keep me in line.

These do an excellent job of making too wide athletic shoes fit much narrower feet. The heel cup is deep with thick, sturdy sidewalls. These give soft, comfortable support, more so to the heel than to the arch. The 7/8 fits an 8 perfectly.

As a woman in martial arts it is impossible to get a good fit in the men's shoes that are available. These insoles are my solution. I love them. They provide stability and support and make my "mens" tae kwon do shoes actually fit. Also I am dealing with a nueroma on my left foot and anyone who has one will relate, these insoles to help.

I have these in a different configuration because of my long narrow feet. They make my cross trainers feel wonderful and assist with lateral support.

These are great inserts. The arch support is substantial and firm, and the rest of the insert is flexible enough to be comfortable. I use them in my aerobics shoes. I recommend them highly.

I wear these in my skates playing roller derby. I skate 4-5 days a week. For 2-5 hours at a time. These insoles hold up great and go through a pounding. They have great support and cushion everywhere. I love them.

I am very pleased with the Spenco inserts and grateful to the physiotherapist who suggested them. It helps so much. I will want another pair very soon. I suggest them as a step prior to prescription orthotics.

Excellent compliment for my Mizuno's running shoes! It really has a great support and molding feeling of your feet.

The Spenco Total Support pads are very sturdy, fit the shoes well, and were comfortable. I felt they gave support where needed, such as the arch and under the toes. Part of the underside of the pad has a gray lining that rubbed off on the innersole of my shoes. It isn't seen with the pads in place, but a gray smudge on innersoles is noticeable when they are removed. I would rather they didn't do that, but I would still recommend them for cost, durability and fit. Haven't had to clean them as of yet.

I am really not sure about these yet. Perhaps it's my sneakers, or my feet have too many issues.

I took these out of my shoe after about 2 hours. Should I have to break insoles in? I would not hope. They felt so hard on my feet. I thought they would be more cushy for the cost. I plan to put them in a different pair and wear them casually to start with to see if they start to feel better.

I purchased these with the intent of using them with my Mizuno Wave 7's. However, with the insert in the shoe it was too much. I got hot spots on my arches and heal, and there was pressure on the top of the foot causing my toes to fall asleep. I was unable to continue using these inserts. I recommend the blue sorbothane insert. I used that in my last pair of Mizuno running shoes.

These are very comfortable, but very bulgy with shoes! Also had to return the size 3 I ordered, I normally wear a size 9-10 and ordered that size, but it ended up being too big. The people at Zappos were wonderful.

These insoles didn't work for me. The forefoot is not cushioned at all. I had a pinched nerve in one foot. It feels like I'm walking on needles at times. This insole feels like wood and amplified the pain.
