Have a hard time finding my size (12W) so was excited to find a pump that didn't make me look like a grandma or a streetwalker. I marked felt true to width, but it was just barely wide enough. I was worried the toe box would rub because it is snug, but it's been comfortable. The heel did cut in a bit after wearing for a long day of walking and working - but I think either my heel or the shoe will get used to it. Overall, pleased with the shoe. It looks like a modern pump, wears well, and while the heel is pretty high -- is comfortable.

These shoes are wonderful. I ordered the Red first and was so happy with the comfort, that I went back and got them in Black patent. You will just love the feel of these shoes.

So comfortable. A little bigger than I thought. I should have returned it. So many of my shoes are sneakers for running which I always buy bigger to accommodate for foot size increase that I was confused when it came to a dress show. Overall very cute/dressy. Perfect to wear with my black tights and grey dress.

Great shoes for the price. Look stylish yet professional. Need to be broken in before being really comfortable. Overall, very happy.

I love this shoe. It runs a bit big, so I ordered it in a 7.5. I get lots of compliments on the red color.

I needed an all purpose heel, and these definitely are it. They look great with anything and are comfortable yet stylish enough to wear out. They do run a half size smaller though, and if you have a normal to wider foot I would order the wide.

These pumps are very stylish and were the cute patent pumps I was looking for. I normally wear a 8.5 but they felt too tight in the toe area so I needed to go up to a 9. Besides the narrow width of the toe area I think they run true to size.

I love these shoes, great quality, gorgeous color. Alas, they are too narrow.

Felt that the size was small. I have always worn a size 9 and I had to return them for a 9 1/2.

I wear a size 12 and I was pretty surpised when this felt a half size too large. Otherwise, really nice shoe.

These shoes look great and are my first platform shoes. They run true to size and width. These shoes were comfortable from the moment I put them on. I wore them to work and I did not have an urge to take them off at any time during the day.

Very comfortable and stylish heel with a lot of padding. I ordered several different heels to compare, and decided on these… More comfortable than Cole Haan or Stuart Weitzman. I was willing to pay anything to find a comfortable, classic black patent heel. I really like these, just wish they came in a nude color, too.

Beautiful shoes and so comfortable. They have a wine color swirled into them so you can tie them into any color red outfit. They look very expensive.

I wear a 7.5 and these fit perfectly. Love the comfort of the sole and the overall look is quite sexy for a work shoe. I ordered a different pair for comparison and I prefer the pointier toe of the other pair. So I'm returning these and keeping the other ones. As always, Zappos customer service was fast. Can't beat them. I only shop Zappos for shoes.

Excellent fit from day one. True to size. The moderate platform makes it a great working shoe. I would buy this shoe again.

I feel pretty! Very comfortable shoe right out of the box. No break-in required, couldn't wear for more than 4 hours, but that's just me whining. I don't usually wear heels; yes I know to some these are not really heels, but what can I say, I'm a sissy. Love the shoes though.

I have to give five stars to this pair of heels, as well as Zappos' service! These are so comfy. I wear 4.5 or 5 and ordered this pair in 5. Surprisingly, they fit very well. Yes, they are narrower than other size 5 heels, but that's just right for me. The size runs a little large, but it's perfect because it leaves some room for my toes. The insoles are very soft and give a little support. The only thing that I'm worried about is that once they get loose after days of wearing, they might not fit anymore. But, overall I'm so happy for the purchase. And thank you to Zappos!

What seems like a pretty basic pump is in fact a bit sexier. The overall construction, heel, platform etc result in a shoe that makes you feel just a bit more fashion forward. The heel height is mitigated nicely with the platform so it's a bit more comfortable than it may appear. I wore this on a business trip recently and found it held up well through the airport and all day running around. However, while it's rather comfortable, I agree that it pinches a tad bit in the toe. Not enough to return though. Very pleased with this elegant shoe.

After reading all of the other reviews. I thought I would give these a try. I'm always in search of a great pair of basic black pumps for work and play. These fit the bill for both! I was very pleased to find the fit was extremely comfortable right out of the box. I wished they came in more colors!

I really like this shoe. I was hoping it would work, but unfortunately it didn't. My heel kept coming out of the back of it - even with 2 heel liners!

Finally, I found the right size. The shoes are beautiful and comfortable. I now have them in three colors; the taupe, the kirsch red and a cabernet (not available at Zappos). The shoes seem to run a size large. Initially the toe box felt tight but it stretches very quickly to become comfortable.

Nice shoe! I am a real wimp when it comes to shoes. They need to be comfortable because I have wide feet with plantar fasciitis plus a bunion (glamorous, huh?). These shoes feel great right out of the box and look great. I chose a different pair because I wanted something a bit more stylish for the wedding I'm attending but if you are looking for your basic pair of black pump heels, these would be a great choice.

I ordered a 7, and one fit, the other too snug. So, I ordered a 7 1/2, both too large. These looked cute and felt comfortable, but the sizing was clearly off, which is tough when ordering on-line. I'll keep trying though.
