I thought I was ordering a leather pump, but the taupe shiny is man-made. What a bummer! Leather is definitely the best material for a shoe. Also, the toe box is smaller and shorter (like another person stated), and they definitely run narrow. I am sad, I loved the look of this pump! Will have to send back.

These were beautiful in black patent, however...the worst pair of Naturalizers I've ever had. Toe box too low so it depresses toes, the cut around the edges hits my foot in all the wrong places, the leather was hard as a rock. One afternoon in these and I was blistered and bleeding. I was in meetings with no way to change shoes. By the end of the day I was hobbled and had to buy a pair of those fold-able ballet flats from the airport gift shop. Thank God for Zappos who took care of me because I would have just chucked them out otherwise. So the moral of the story is, that I'll always purchase from Zappos, because their customer service cannot be beat. I still have a scar on one foot months later from this shoe, but I'll never forget that Zappos didn't leave me hanging!

The shoe fits tight across the widest part of foot. Rest of the shoe was loose. Every time I took a step, my foot would slip out. It made for awkward walking. I'm really sorry that the shoes didn't work out. The style was nice. However, it was impossible for me to walk in them.

The part by my toes felt very narrow. Otherwise looked nice.

Shoe looks really great on but unfortunately I have to return them. My heels slipped out of the shoe even though they were a narrow width and the front was really tight.

I love this shoe, but WAY too narrow in the toe box. Disappointed I paid additional for faster shipping because I had BIG plans for them this weekend. Will try to order for the third and final time in wide width, if they have them.

I wear an 8.5W. Shoe was very tight and not enough padding. Heel was pretty. Overall nice look to the shoe. However, I did not care for the crackled pattern on the shoe.

Wow, these were the most uncomfortable shoes I tried on in the batch I ordered. I could barely get my foot inside (I am a 6.5-7 narrow foot and ordered the 7). It was painful to finally squeeze my foot in. Since it is some cheap synthetic material, there is not stretch or room to move around. I would not recommend these shoes at all. They are not even a good price for the quality. I expected better out of Naturalizer.

Save yourself the pain. I am willing to pay more for shoes that fit and are comfortable. I look to Naturalizer as one of my go to brands. These shoes hurt! They cut into the bone of my foot. I could barely walk in them. They are stiff and inflexible. I will be returning my pair.

Odd sizing. It pinched on the toes yet it kept slipping off when I walk. What do you do with this kind of shoes? I really like the color and height of the heel but this will never work. Returned it right away.

These shoes are very nice on foot, but they are extremely -- extremely narrow made. I wear 7.5M and neither my size, nor size 8.0M fit me. Unfortunately, I have to return them. Another problem is that not all colors are from leather. I ordered neutral and it was made from manmade material, so there was no room for it to expand either as leather does.

I bought two pairs of the patent leather and they both ripped away from the seam in the same spot. I do not recommend these pumps.

This shoe was extremely uncomfortable. The toe box is very narrow and cuts off circulation to the toes. Very disappointing.

Unfortunately wide not wide. This is a surprisingly nice looking shoe so I was especially disappointed they didn't fit. I ordered a 7.5 W and they are quite narrow. I thought about exchanging for a size 8 but I doubt that will make a difference. They may be fine for someone with a narrow to average foot but the wide was narrower than other not-wide pumps I have.

This is a terrible shoe!! Very cute, and works well for even conservative settings. HOWEVER...VERY POOR QUALITY! I wore this shoe for less than a month and it began ripping at the seams! I usually wear a 7 1/2 or an 8, I got the 8 because I like to have extra room (I fly a lot and I know feet can swell when flying). I've never had this happen before. Also VERY uncomfortable and SO uncomfortable, the top is cut funny and digs into the top of your foot. This shoe is poor quality, but Zappos customer service is AWESOME! I told them about this and they helped me find another pair of shoes that work better and gave me a partial credit~ VERY happy with Zappos customer service, but I DETEST THIS SHOE!

These shoes look great and are very stylish with a nice heel and padding on the footbed. Unfortunately, after wearing them about 8 times since mid-December, the stitching on the seam (on the top of the shoe) began to rip apart on one shoe. As a result, the black patent ripped away and began to fray. So sad these will no longer be of use to me.

I ordered the 6 1/2 narrow and they were so big I could put my finger between my heel and the back of the shoes. I returned them and ordered the 6N and they were way too small. Cute shoes, but I couldn't get a correct fit.

I bought these shoes because thinking that they would be comfortable. Unfortunately, once I had worn them for about four hours I started to hate them. They ruined my $50 dollars-a-pair compression stockings. Now they have stains all around the vamps and quarters. It seems like the lining bleeds black, though it is pewter-colored. The topline hits right at the articulation of my big toe, making it completely numb. These shoes are horrible. I will work out a way to return them!

I just dont know who is writing these reviews,these shoes are costly and not well made,the leather is not soft and the toe bed is much too narrow,my toes crunched and my feet started to hurt a few minutes after I put them on.Too bad because it really is a classy looking shoe,oh well back they go!

I can't thank Zappos enough. When I ordered my shoes by phone call, the young man I spoke with was so helpful and friendly. He shipped my shoes overnight at no charge, I needed them for my son's wedding. Unfortunately I could not fit these shoes even though they were 7W and so cute. I emailed customer service and got all the help I needed to return the shoes. If you wear narrow or reg. size, these shoes are great.

These shoes are awful! My feet are very average. Like most people, my heels slip right out the back of the shoes. I bought Heavenly Heelz to combat that problem and they weren't enough to stop the slipping. I still had to clench my toes to keep them on. (up North at a wedding with no other alternative). The next morning was a horror show looking at my feet. There were bruises at my arches, huge blisters surrounding my big toes, lacerations from the top of the leather cutting into my foot. My fault really for not getting some trial walking in. I never imagined that Naturalizer could make such a torture device as these shoes are.

I can't believe others actually think this shoe is comfortable. I could barely walk around a few steps at home in them. The leather is so stiff and not soft at all.
