Good looking shoe though not leather as I thought when I bought it. Too narrow for my feet & a little loose at the heel. These are the reasons why I returned them.

These are cute enough, but I was expecting them to be far more comfortable, given that they were Naturalizers. I wouldn't say they are super uncomfortable, but they are in about the fiftieth percentile for heels of that height. My toes were squashed. I ended up getting another pair of nude heels.

I have tried to purchase this shoe twice now and each time the sizes did not fit. I usually love Naturalizers but this one is not true to size.

I have a very narrow foot. The Bohemia (also made by Naturalizer) in narrow is a perfect fit. This shoe was too narrow at the balls of my feet and slipped off the back. This shoe also has too much toe cleavage for my liking. Try the Bohemia along with this shoe, it has a much better fit.

I just received these shoes - I am a true size 7, I have never been a 6.5 or a 7.5, and these are way too small. I could hardly get my toes in, and my heel would not fit at all. I am ordering them a half size larger because I like the style of the shoe, and the black leather is real leather, it looks very nice.

They are OK. They look like older lady shoes to me. I usually wear between an 8 and 8-1/2. I typically always go for the 8 in heels. These were too small for me in the 8, but I won't be exchanging for a size up. Love Zappos return policy!

Super cute but not Wide. The toe area was just as narrow as a normal narrow shoe. Very disappointing.

I have tried this shoe in both a 9 W and a 9 1/2 W now and I just can't wear it. I am returning it because it is not wide enough in the toe box and there is no "give" to the material so I know there is no chance it will expand. I love the shoe but I am not sure it would even fit in a WW. I usually have no problem with a W width.

These shoes look really cute, however they were too tight in the toe area. I have purchased other Naturalizer shoes and 7W shoes usually fit. These shoes have to be returned.

Sigh. I wanted to love these shoes. I DID love these shoes, except for the fact that my right heel kept slipping out with each step. I'm a size 7 with narrow feet, though not exceptionally narrow where I have this problem often. I only find that my heels slips out of shoes occasionally. Ah, well. Must return.

I loved this shoe, but it fit narrowly and pinched my toes. I wear lots of Naturalizer and have never had a problem fitting them. But the toe area is unusually narrow. I returned them.

These shoes have great style. They have a wee-bit of a platform, but not over the top. They are appropriate for a professional workplace. I was disappointed that they did not fit (9N). They were true to length. The toe area felt like a true narrow but they were not narrow enough in the heel and my foot kept slipping. In a 3+ inch heel, slipping will not work - so these have been returned.

I loved them but I have to return them as they are too small. You didn't have the 9.5 and the 9 should have fit but they seem to run small. I hope you will get them in again as they are exactly what I was looking for.

I really liked the shoes when I got them. They are really comfortable and sturdy. However, I've had them for a few months and the shoe is starting to tear! The patent pulled away from the seam on the top of the shoe, and the material underneath is bright white so it is really noticeable. I'll have to return them. My pair may be defective, but otherwise I would recommend this shoe.

I bought several black pumps in a quest to find a basic black leather pump. The padding inside this shoe was fine, the length was fine. It was a nice looking shoe. The problem was that the toe area felt so narrow - width and height wise. I do not have bunions or other foot issues, average foot width. Just too tight in the toe area.

I ordered these in a size 12. I really need an 11:5, but options are limited...this shoe was very hard. Thought it was unattractive on my feet. Back to Zappos it went.

These shoes were beautiful but I couldn't walk in them. I have Narrow feet, so bought 7N, and the heels are very wide, they would slip up & down every step I took. I bought heel inserts and that didn't help. Unfortunately, I wore them to a wedding and off to the Goodwill the next day. So bummed with these ...

Solid basic shoe but fit is not right. 8.5 too tight in foot bed, 9 slips off heel in back. I think these would be really comfortable but I will not know. These have to go back

Beautiful shoe but runs small. Just enough height to appear elegant but sizing is off. I will try 1/2 size up.

The shoe was too tight in the toes, so tight that I couldn't stand in them. The heel fit fine, but the toe section is far very narrow. Only get if you have a narrow foot. But they looked amazing and I hated that they didn't fit.

I love the style of these shoes and the color. However, I was so disappointed the second I picked one up out of the box as it felt so stiff! When I went to put it on my foot I really had to wedge my foot in and then I knew it was going back. Just trying to squeeze in my heel was difficult because of the stiffness. I really loved the style and the color but sadly, the shoes are going back. Love the ease of returning on Zappos but I always hope to keep the shoes rather than return them.

Super narrow - even in the wide width. Too bad, because these are otherwise very cute shoes.

Ordered these in a 7.5W, which is my normal size. I have a high instep and was very excited to see these shoes came in wide. They are super, super cute shoes. The length seems to be fine, but I can barely get my toes into these shoes, and when I do put them on, they are quite tight. I even double-checked the box to make sure I been sent the correct size as wide widths usually are just that, wide. Sorry to see them go back...

I have a wide foot and have really liked this brand of shoes in wide. I got the shiny pair and there was no room in the toe box. Sending backa nd not going to chance it. I might get the leather pair in hopes there might be some stretch in the toe box.

I ordered these shoes in a 10 wide. The toe box was narrow and pinched and the sides were gaping. My left foot is smaller than my right but the shoe actually fell off with each step. For me they were very uncomfortable. I think if your foot is wide at the instep area instead of at the toes these would fit better. They are very stylish and I was disappointed they did not work for me.
