I ordered these in a wide width and have been very satisfied with Natualizer in the past. But these did not feel any wider than a medium. Sent them back right away.

I called an employee at the naturalizer store to ask what the best sizing was for me. She informed me that they run narrow and I should I go down half a size and get Wide. So I ordered my shoe based on her recommendation and the shoes fit perfectly! I have such trouble finding comfortable heels and these are super cushioned and supportive! I'm def going to purchase the Lennox heel in other colors. I also got the taupe patent heel and it's beautiful and extremely flattering.

These were comfortable and fit true to size but the shoe box was cut very low. It only covered about 1/2 of my toes.

Perfect for the girl who cannot tolerate sky high heels but wants to be comfortable and glam! They make me feel like a fancy lady. I had to send back the 7.5 and get a 7 since the Wide width made them fit better--I called Zappos and they made the process super simple.

The shoe is gorgeous in person just as it is online. However, this shoe just didn't perfectly. I tried different sizes and widths, no luck. I am usually a 7 1/2, it ran large. I tried a 7 wide which was still too big, and the 7 med was too small. It is still a great shoe.

They fit according to size perfectly, very comfortable, love them. Also got the red ones!

These shoes are really comfortable and true to size. Zappos is the best, fast delivery, easy returns. I love Zappos!

I received these yesterday and was so excited to try them out! I put the first shoe on and it felt great, then I put on the mate and it pinched my foot horribly - I took them off and realized I had been sent a medium width and a narrow by mistake! So unfortunately I will have to return them but the medium was really comfy and cute. True to size and nice cushioning.

These shoes are super cute and look really good on. I don't have great legs and they even look good on me; however, they are kind of high for what I normally wear. I usually don't like shoes over 2 1/2 inches in height because I have a low arch (Dr. Oz said not to wear them over that height anyway) but with the platform they are not uncomfortable. The problem is that I am tall and these add too much height, but I am still debating on whether to keep them or not.

I am a size 6M (left foot a bit smaller). The size 6 felt great in the forefoot but my heels were slipping. I ordered a size 5 1/2 but that was clearly too small in the toebox. I bought a pair of arch supports since I have high arches and they seemed to fit fine. Wore them to an event and they were great. Look great too!

Very, very cute, and very fashion forward, surprisingly so for Naturalizer. Good party dress shoes but will start to hurt after 3-4 hours. Good with skinny jeans. Looks higher than they are. Very good buy.

This is a really cute shoe,But the first pair I ordered was an 11N they were to big, so I returned them for a 10N they fit in the length but were tight across the toe box, and they kept slipping off my feet, so sorry to say I have to return them again, I guess this shoe wasn't meant for me.

I needed basic black pumps for a grad school interview and these are perfect: professional yet the small platform make them just a little more interesting and youthful. I also found them to fit true to size and be quite comfortable. I also appreciate the arch support which is not insanely good, but far exceeds any other pumps I have or have tried.

These shoes rock! They are high and sexy, but are so comfortable. You seriously don't feel like you are wearing super high heels because of the platform and the flexible sole.

Very attractive and comfortable shoe. I bought the "shiny" leather and they look like a more expensive shoe. I'm on the waitlist for the black leather.

Since working in steel-toed boots for almost 31 years, I was told my feet would spread. Well they did and now I need wide shoes. On top of that I have type II diabetes which when you have that you should always take good care of your feet. Well was going to my nephew's wedding I needed a size 8 W with a 3" heel. Couldn't find anything on the phone and all different kind of good shoe stores. Nobody had what I was looking for. But one good shoe store gave me zappoos.com for the computer. Don't like using the computer so I got the phone number works just as well. Any way had to send back the first pair (wedding in 1 week). Very easy to send back, received the new pair next day. Worked out great. My new favorite shoe store. thank you.

I love the way this shoe looks, I am in the military and they look great with my blues skirt. I ordered a wide for a little extra room. I am so glad that I did because even the wide is a little tight. I am sure they will wear in and fit perfect. I am a regular to wide foot. If I had order a regular fit I would have had to return them.

I love this shoe! The heel height is fantastic for those of us going for the sleek, elegant, sophisticated, polished look. A simply beautiful shoe with a true to size fit. Add a patent belt and/or purse. You will look and feel wonderful!

This was my first purchase with Zappos. I cannot say enough about the 365 day-unused, free return and refund policy. I had spent three hours at Macy's shoe department and came home empty handed and exhausted - which encouraged me to look at what was available online. Our daughter suggested I look at Sofft, Cole Haan and Naturalizer, none of which I owned. I bought these along with the Vigotti-Henia (which I will return) on 4/23, and they were delivered ground on 4/29/11 - great service. I wear a size 6 M, wasn't sure of the 3" heel & look of the round toe but figured I had nothing to lose with free return shipping. If you wear a larger size, the round toe will make your foot look shorter - although not my problem. These fit more comfortably in the width then the Vigotti-Henia. I am young, retired, 60ish MOB and will wear these for our daughter's wedding. The 3" heel, 1/2" platform is stable - not too high for me, stylish, rubber sole, arch support felt good, the padding inside was very nice - and also important to me, the entire heel is black. I am so pleased with my choice, especially in comfort.

The Lennox is absoulutely a beautiful shoe. You can dress is it up or down. It wasn't as wide as expected but comfort was in the padding of the inner sole.

Even the wide is too narrow. I love this shoe, and would try going up a size, if I hadn't already ordered the largest. Not sure if I will keep it.

Gorgeous shoe, however, I read in the reviews that it ran a half size larger and it's too small. I'm definitely going to try again and order my normal 7 though because it's a beautiful shoe.
