Love these shoes. They are very stylish and look like much more expensive shoes, but unfortunately they have to go back. I have a narrow foot and although I ordered narrow, my heel slips completely out of the shoe. Not sure what would make this better.

I love this shoe. the heel is high, but they are super comfortable. My only issue was that after wearing them only a few times, the seam above the toe ripped. BUT, thanks to Zappos uber customer service, I'm going to be able to exchange them for a new pair. Thanks Zappos!

I put that they're narrower, but that's not exactly the right way to describe it. Its the rise of the shoe where they cut into the top your foot that seems to be too short. I'm going to try and wide and see how they feel because I really like them and could use a new pair of all purpose dress shoes.

Wow...who knew a Naturalizer pump could be so cute as well as comfy. These heels are beautiful and very stylish and as with all Naturalizer shoes, will cushion and care for your feet. The Taupe Shiny are a gorgeous color and so comfortable...the only problem is the heel slides a tiny bit. So if you have narrow feet, get some Dr Scholl's bunion pads or any other kind of padding to prevent slippage in the heel. Otherwise, a completely wonderful pump!

The shoes felt like they would be comfortable and they looked very cute on. However, they were extremely narrow. I am normally an 8 M(B) but not in these shoes, I am returning them and requesting an 8 W(C). We will see how that works. Too bad, I had a very important meeting today and I was totally looking forward to wearing these shoes. I had to go to Macy's in a pinch and buy a different pair. I was so sad.

Great basic shoe! I'd had my eye on the Lennox in taupe shiny for a while, concerned that the shoe itself would look too clunky and/or the color wouldn't quite work as a nude-for-me shade. I was wrong on both counts, fortunately. The platform is unobtrusive, and these shoes will work with nearly any look without being distracting. As for the color, I'm fair-skinned and the shade is as perfect for me as I'll likely find anywhere else. I have to agree with the other reviewers about the wide heel, though. I got through the first wearing just fine, but I will be adding heel guards. Otherwise, the narrow fit my very narrow foot quite well.

Very cute. Nice leather. Feels comfortable (on carpet). Toe box small and narrow compared to wide ankle. I have narrow ankles and feet. Too wide!

These were very stylish, attractive shoes, and the platform kept the heel from feeling too high. But they gapped at the back of my narrow heel and slipped when I walked. True to size otherwise, so smaller wouldn't have helped. I finally had to admit they didn't fit my foot properly and sent them back.

I ordered these in black, size 8W. I've worn them for about three months. I love the look - they're great shoes for work, look good with pants or skirts. They aren't very comfortable though - I have the beginning of a bunion on my left foot and the toe box hits exactly on my bunion. I'm not a fan of toe cleavage and these show more than I like.In the course of regular wear, the heels have become worn and marred looking though I'm not particularly hard on my shoes. Overall they look good, but aren't working as well as I hoped. I'm looking for a replacement.

These are very cute shoes. They are much more of a nude color on my skin tone (I live in CA and so I'm outside year-round) and the mottling is much more faint than appears in the picture. They have all the comfort aspects of a Naturalizer shoe but will take some wearing into because the patent material has less give than regular leather. Perfect heel height and balance.

These are super cute pumps. I get multiple compliments every time I wear them. I usually wear an 8.5 or 9 W and the 8.5 W is a tiny bit long- probably should have tried the 8 W.

Love this - perfect for my square toes - snug but not too tight. Great heel height too. It's nicely padded. Wore them for 8 hours on the first day and no achy feet or toes.

For a heel very comfortable -- I normally wear between 7-7.5 with wide feet (small bunions L&R). The 7 wide fit well with heel pads to prevent my heels from sliding and did not rub anywhere. I had no problems with the shoe after wearing for 2-3 hours but when wore again and was on my feet more my feet were pretty tender -- I was practicing wearing these for a wedding and while these are still a contender I would take different dancing shoes.

This shoe looks great on the foot. They were worn with my mother of the groom dress. My feet were killing me after a couple of hours of preliminary pictures and the ceremony. I certainly had to trade them out for flats at the reception, but I slid them back on to dance with my son. I'm not one that normally wears a shoe higher than 2 inches, so bear that in mind with my review. Back in the day when I worked 40 hours a week in 3 inch heels, these would have been favorites. If you aren't used to wearing heels, then 2 hours will probably be your limit with these beauties.

Very nice, basic black pumps that are very versatile and can be dressed up or down. Just enough height to be fashionable, but still comfortable. I have a slightly narrow foot and the medium width was too wide, while the narrow was too narrow for me. Sigh. Would have loved to wear these shoes if they fit my annoying feet.

These shoes are perfect, cute pattern, super comfortable and true to size. I wear a 9w and it fit true to size. I get compliments all the time!

Cute, comfortable, perfect for work. I own these in Black Shiny and Taupe Shiny, and love them both. The sizing is tricky. Length is a half-size too long (I wear an 8 and had to go with 7.5), and width is very narrow (I wear B/Med and had to go Wide). That said, it was worth it to hassle with multiple pairs, because once I found the right fit, I was in LOVE! These are my go-to basics for work, semi-formal, church, etc.

Compared to other comfort shoes, this shoe has a definitely rather sharp shape. The insole has great cushioning. The height of the back is just right, and it feels not stiff. Also there is a small cushion at the back. I appreciate that I had no need of a bloody process (literally) of breaking in new shoes! The texture was a bit glossier than I hoped. I would love to see a matted version of this shoe.

This shoe looks great but I got 6.5 and it was a bit too large, then I got 6 and it was too small. So I am not sure what is going on with it.

These are very attractive shoes. However, I ordered my usual size (8.5W) and they were way too big. Didn't have time to swap them for a different size so I had to send them back. I suggest ordering a couple pairs in different sizes to see what fits you best. Note: I gave the shoe 3 stars for comfort but that's just a guess because I didn't get to wear them. So take that with a grain of salt.

While this shoe is beautiful and classy, it has an awkward fit. The pump does not have a wide toe bed, so you may struggle with comfort if you have a wide foot. The construction is rigid and solid which makes for a sturdy dress shoe, but one that does not "give," particularly beneath the Achilles heel.

I wanted to like these shoes but they were just too narrow for me. If you have a narrow foot, give them a try. They're cute, a good height, and well made.

These are quite comfortable and with the rounded toe don't make my toes bang. Not as high as many you see these days. Color is nice, brownish beige not really taupe which is grayer.

This is a beautiful shoe, but it's not very flexible for what I would expect with the Naturalizer brand. I travel weekly for work, so comfort is a necessity walking through airports, etc. I plan to wear these around the house and see if they pass the test (I really hope they work because the shoe is gorgeous and has a perfect heel height)!
