Great basic pump. Comfortable and stylish. I can walk in these all day without. Wanting to cry. I have them in every color available.

The shoes came super fast! I ordered 1/2 size larger because all the reviews said they ran small. Thank goodness I listened to them because they just fit my daughter. Listen to the reviews!

Love this shoe! Bought this pair to wear with a black dress to a wedding. Perfect heel for a sexy look and comfortable fit on the foot. Looks great with jeans also.

So comfortable! These are the only dress shoes I do not immediately throw off when getting home at the end of the work day. I have wide feet and low arches, so that is saying something. I have these in black matte and taupe and both are nice colors. They are made well and do not show signs of wear. Heel height is perfect for work. I usually wear these several days in a row and have not had any discomfort or blisters. Worth every penny.

These are great heels overall! I bought these to wear to a wedding and was able to wear them all night even for dancing. My only complaint is that they are a bit narrow in the toe box.

I really like these shoes, they look great with jeans and go with a lot of my skinny pants. Can wear them often because they are comfortable too.

The wide width wasn't very wide. Might try a 7 to see if it works better. Pretty shoe!

If you have trouble finding shoes for your narrow foot, try these. Even narrow in the heel. Nice shoe. Not a supple leather, tho'. If you are used to kidskin, these may seem stiff.

I originally ordered 4 pairs of similar style, and narrowed it down to this one. It's a classy shoe with just enough detail - the shiny finish and tiny platform - to set it apart from the others. I rarely wear heels, so it was a challenge to relearn how to walk in them, but several hours of practice at home allowed me to manage steep flights of stairs and a lot of standing at the event for which I wore them. (I can't address the arch support, as my feet are flat and wouldn't know an arch if they met one.) I could have used some type of padding or inserts, as they tended to slip off my heels, but I wouldn't say a half-size shorter would help, since there's rarely such thing as a 10-1/2, and chances are that would be too short. Overall, a good investment, as they'll transition easily between seasons and outfits.

These shoes are insanely comfortable. I am a complete baby about walking in heels, and these feel like you are walking on a flat surface. Absolutely awesome!

Great basic shoe for work...very comfortable and stylish. I have them in two colors now, as they are my go-to for work. They do stretch out a bit, so don't size up! I do find they run a tad narrow.

Great shoes! As far as heels go they are very comfortable (I also have them in 2 other colors). These are the first heels I have purchased that don't hurt my feet and don't cause blisters!

Love the look but too wide and too long, even in a narrow width. The toe box was roomy enough but seemed a little short--now I understand the toe cleavage thing others mentioned. Back they will go!

Runs very small. Bought 3 pairs of shoes all size 6. Two fit perfectly. I couldn't even get my foot in this one.

Cute shoe. Should have purchased a wide even though most of my shoes are regular widths. I have received lots of compliments on these and hope they will stretch over time.

Comfy and professional. These are nice looking and sturdy with a great arch support. The heel area is wide, I needed heel cushions.

Great and comfortable pair of shoes, however, it ran a little large. It fit everywhere else but the heel kept slipping off. I will buy a half size smaller.

The first pair I ordered was a very snug in the toe box, however I ordered a wider pair and they are amazing! I am someone who has chronic back issues and have never been able to wear pumps. These have great support and I am able to wear these all day!

Very few shoe stores carry narrow width, so was very happy to find that Zappos not only carry narrows but also carry younger looking shoes (higher heels especially).

I do not normally wear high heels. However, tonight I wore these shoes in the rain and walked through the streets of New York City. The shoes held up great; I have no cuts or blisters, and they are starting to mold to my feet. I am one happy gal.

These are very nice and comfortable shoes. My correct shoe size is 7N or 7½N. I exchanged these for sizes 6½N. The right shoe fits lovely but I walk right out of the left one. Due to my difficult feet, I had such hard time to find simple and good looking pumps all these months. The Zappos team is top notch as always. Thank you for your great service.

Love this shoe both for the stylish look, and the comfort. As we all know, it's not easy to find both in a heel, but this one's got it. I purchased 3 similar pair of shoes from Zappos. This one fit most comfortably. I wear a size 7 and ordered a size smaller from reading previous reviews, however the size 6 was too small. I exchanged it for my usual size 7 and it arrived the next day! Zappos is great and easy to use. I settled on this shoe in a 7M and love it.

I love the shoe, got them for work and they are super comfortable. I've also worn them out with skinny jeans and a cute top. Note -- I originally ordered the normal width and had to get a wider size because they felt tight. Other than that -- they're great.

While I like the shoe it's not wide enough and too long for me. I need a size 9 and ww not a c width. Too bad for me!

These shoes are extremely uncomfortable. I couldn't even stand in them much less walk. Don't let the Naturalizer brand fool you.
