had to return, very narrow width

The description says grey gum and it came in white which I did not want. Then I go to call to make an exchange by calling them the procedure in which they request in the time frame in which I had to make the call and got a response saying they have a company culture day and try calling back later. I see where their customer service lies, and it is not with the customer. After I get these shoes exchanged or even returned if they don't have what I ordered it surely will be the last time I do business with this company.

These are some of the most uncomfortable shoes I’ve ever owned. I’ve worn them almost daily for two months and they still won’t break in. The support is poor and the heels are stiff and painful. I’m giving up on these and buying a pair of vans like I should have done in the first place.

DO NOT BUY! I really liked these until I walked on a tile floor. The sole of these shoes are very plasticy—they SLIDE on floors. I think I’d look like Bambi on ice if I was in a mall with a wet floor.

I have owned quiet a few brands of skate shoes over time and this shoe is the worst ones that I have ever owned! In the first few weeks of just wearing them the sole started to come off the shoe. The shoe has no cushion whatsoever! The only good parts of the shoe is the sole as it is durable and it is a light weight shoe! If I was to choose again I would pick a pair of Lakai or Circa brand shoes as they are much better quality shoes!
