My daughter is a size 7 and the 7-7.5 fit a whole size too big on her. Had to exchange them for a smaller size

Didn't like the material, so I returned it for the oiled leather

defective left sandal....arch was extremely high. right shoe was perfect

Love the shoes but the strap was defective so just returned and will then order another pair

I guess I didn’t understand how synthetic the uppers are. I’m exchanging them for real suede or leather. I’m not sure they’d hold up well

The sandals were too big for my feet, I really want to make a pair of Birkenstock work since I have flat feet, but I think it's going to some trial and error before I find the right fit.

The unisex style did not suit my feet!

I like the attempt by Birkenstock to fit narrower feet. The Original Arizona are just to loose on me in the toe area, so I was hoping these narrows would work. They did work, by the tip/or front of shoe slants so abruptly downward from big toe to little toe, it just looks REALLY odd. Maybe this is happening due to the narrower width. However, I am able to wear the normal Mira style with no problem, (sandal runs narrower) so I guess I will just stick with that sandal.

Nice but I've found Birks sizing to be all over the place lately. We had to order 2 sizes down from his typical size shoes to get the right fit which makes online shopping annoying but thankful for Zappos quick shipping and easy returns.

I was so looking forward to getting my Birkenstock Arizona sandals. I had a pair of them years ago and wore them out. Well, getting a lot older and having arthritis in my feet doesn't help. I don't know if I'll be able to wear them but trouble is I wore them just enough to have the imprint of my foot on the foot bed. I didn't wear them outside but I may have to just accept the fact that my feet don't work with these sandals and donate them. Darn it!

I have the gizeh style and a few weeks in (and with active wearing) these are still not as comfortable as my gizehs.

I ordered the regular width, but I'm convinced I received a wide width - the sole itself is much wider than my other Birks which I also purchased from Zappos. The straps themselves were also quite lose even at the tightest fastening. Returning and hoping to try again.

I have a, as my podiatrist would say, “extremely high arch!” And the arch on these are extremely uncomfortable! Way too much arch! Love everything else though.

43 is just slightly, slightly small, but 44 is clearly too long. The ‘NARROW’ width is perfect. BUT, the cork bed is thin and unforgiving. This is very different from BIRKS that I’ve had

The shoe bed is extremely hard, like walking on a rocky surface, which obviously was uncomfortable. This is extremely unfortunate as the fit of the sandal was perfect.

Ordered this item for my husband but unfortunately size is inch wider and a half inch bigger than the actual item described. Should’ve took a size smaller then. Other than that its a nice pair of sandals looks durable and comfty.

True to size. Gave them a few weeks to try but for the price, it was not comfy enough without wearing socks. So, if you plan on wearing socks with them all time, great! but I'm pregnant with a summer baby due & I was not planning on rocking the sock & birkenstock look.. I was hoping to get a great slide on pair that was comfy out of the gate. These killed my bare feet & I'm aware there's a "break in" pd but a few weeks into, it still had not"broken in" so I need to return them. I'm sad, bc I was really hopeful for these.

These cause a lot of pain. This leather is not soft. It rubs the insides of your arches. That causes a lot of blisters. It hurts my toes with ever step. I am so very disappointed in what were my favorite sandals.

These are hugely wide. I bought them for my daughter, who has very slim feet, and she could have fit two of her feet inside. Will try a smaller size, but I think that Birkenstocks are not for people with narrow feet.

Zappos! You’ve got to be kidding me! I’m stunned. Customer for years!!! And up send me these without a box, in an Amazon plastic bag. With visible deep toe imprints from someone else… all for the full price! Your quality and customer service is pathetic!

Did not realize Birkibuc is NOT REAL leather. Yuck. This product feels so cheap and unappealing. Very disappointing. Returning immediately. Please put the words *not leather* in the main description. Photo is thickness of material vs. my genuine leather Birks. Not many of us want a vegan alternative we want a quality shoe so PLEASE make this info more clear.

Have had these for over a year and they just don't mold like past birks. Never got comfortable
