Liked the shoes. They seemed a little wide but I adjusted the straps and they are okay. I do like Birkies better than any other sandal. My feet are wider and are flat. So they suit me well. My other Birkenstocks are over 10 old and I have had them redone etc. So I decided to try new ones from Zappos.

I bought these as a present. The price was great, the website is easy breezy to use, they came on time and the person loves this product. Very happy!

I bought these because of a metatarsal arch problem. I needed support in that area and concentration of weight on the heel. These shoes are ideal for the purpose. I am able to walk and stand in them extensively without pain. The normal width is just barely wide enough for my feet (women's D/E), but the sides are sufficiently flexible that the pinch originally felt has gone away and my feet are encompasses. I am completely happy with these shoes.

I got these for my husband who's never worn Birks before. He loves them and has worn them every day since. Very comfy!

Love these the moment I got them. Have been wearing them after office hours, and my feet heaves sighs of relief everytime I slip into them. Love Zappos service too, as always!

I have yet to meet someone who can not say that they love these shoes and I'm totally with them there. Super comfortable, wear to mold your foot, totally worth every penny!

Comfortable as hell. Be sure you get your exact size -- they form fit pretty closely. They're really comfortable though and perfect for my duck-like flat feet. Be warned though, you'll look like a dumb hippie no matter what you're wearing.

These are wonderful shoes. My feet seem to be too flat. Zappos provided the greatest customer service that I have ever seen. Unbelievable!

I bought these with the idea that they would be made with a 100% leather foot strap - as I knew a Birkenstock should be made and even assumed that that was the deal when I started wearing them. After a few days I noticed, they barely have any leather on them at all! There is a thin layer of that cheap leather that a bad couch is made of over felt. I am really disappointed with this cheap quality when ordering Birkenstocks.

I've worn Birks for decades, but when my last pair became ready for retirement I drove to a local store to check out their selection. They had the Arizona for more. I asked if they could come down and they said no. So I went online and found Zappos. The price was better and included free shipping. I figured my new Birks would have "Made in El Salvador" stamped on them, but no, they're the real thing. I love 'em.

These Birkenstocks were very comfortable and they don't get as dirty because they aren't suede. I ordered narrow because I have narrow feet and it worked perfect. I am a size 6 which is 37 but I ordered 38 so I had a little room but not too much. Overall these are the best shoes I have ever bought!

I have been wearing Birkies for 15 years. Living in Texas you can't find just anywhere, so Zappos has become my go to place. Order comes next day or 2 days always in great condition and complete customer satisfaction.

I normally wear a size 9/9.5 in most shoes, and a 9 in Birkenstock's is a bit big, so I ordered the 8. Well, the 8 was a bit small. I really wish these came in half sizes, as 8.5 would have been perfect. Also, I ordered the M, as I have bunions on both feet. The M was fine across my bunion areas, but the other strap was too loose. I guess I could have taken it to someone to have more holes put in, but that seemed a bit much for a new shoe. The materials were very nice, although this style is very clunky looking on my feet. So, they are being returned.

Sizing feels identical to Birkies bought 20+ years ago. Nubuck strap is easier to slip into than real leather, and costs much less.

Love these. Got them to replace my 20 yr old original pair. They will take some breaking in but they are already amazing sandals. Great color too.

These are the best, most comfortable pair of shoes ever. They do not have to be broken in at all and just put them on and you are ready to go! I am thinking of order another pair just like these (pea coat blue). Beautiful color. Love, love, love.

I guess there is no place like Zappos for getting something a little unusual. I have been looking for the classic Birkenstocks forever and was almost tempted to get one of the newer types (which I do not like much) when Zappos came to the rescue. I am happy and the price was terrific.

My first pair of Birkenstocks, and comfortable from the start. The faux leather was a major factor in buying. I ordered a size 40 at first, and they were too big. A quick return got me a size 39 that fit perfectly. Excellent customer service.

These Birks are great. They are my first pair I have ever purchased. I needed sandals that had good arch support and weren't just flat. These sandals are perfect for my feet and are comfortable to wear all day long. Thanks Zappos!

I'm so glad I finally got a pair of these. They are so comfortable and fit really well. They did take some wearing time to break in good, but it was definitely worth it. I got the narrow width, which I'm very happy with.

When these Birkenstock Arizona;s arrived, I thought I might not like them because they were stiff. I wore them for several days and they have started to soften into comfortable footwear. I have had them for only a few weeks, and the weather has been cold enough that I haven't worn them a lot yet, so the final verdict is still out. Sam
