It sure about this item, ordered from Zappos came In an Amazon box wrapped in plastic, no shoe box and a Birkenstock tag with nothing about item description. I know this are lot narrow as I have a Birkenstock narrow and the fit is very different. Overall happy with the shoe the issue is with the actual item ordered not being received and clearly either a return or something else going on the not in original box.

Feels comfortable

The shoes fit well. I purchased them for my daughter. The one thing we noticed was the leather is more like a suede or brushed leather. Her pair that she is replacing she had for 8 years and they were a thicker leather upper. She still loves them but you should know the leather is different.

I love the comfort of Birkenstocks, but the sizing…maybe it’s tougher at higher #s? I keep reading reviews about being true to size, but I have made multiple orders and have a bevy of sizes here to compare…still not quite sure what works best, but, so far, it seems I’ll be two sizes up from my US equivalent (women’s 12 but needing a 45. 44.5 would be ideal, with my foot variation). So, watch out, fellow large-size friends!

I love this Birkenstock Arizona Birkibuc for the style and comfort although the quality's been going down. I purchased mine a little less than 3 months ago and with minimal wear, the fiber/s in the strap started peeling. Was able to request a replacement so I'm very happy with the new one and *fingerscrossed* the quality is better. Also had to mention, Zappos' customer service is the best, always.

Having had Birkenstocks before, albeit years ago, there's a getting-used-to stage. At first, they hurt my feet. Big time. But after a while, my feet get used to them and I consider them a good purchase. They're not particularly stylish, but, hey, I go for function over appearance every time.

I tend to order size 8 in shoes/sneakers. They are very stylish and comfy, but when i put my toes where they were supposed to be, i had about 1-2 cm between my foot and the back of the foot pad. The support agent recommended getting a size smaller. So, since they only run in full sizes, i am currently waiting on the 7. They have free shipping returns and have options for exchanging.

I purchased a different style previously in a regular width which fit fine, however, the Arizona are wider than my other sandals. Also I thought the stone would look more grey but they appear to me to be more like a khaki green so I returned them for another color and narrow width. will see how these fit once I get them.

Love the color. Fits like regular Birkie. Lighter weight so unsure how it will hold up in the ling run.

Fit and size were great. I have small feet so I had to return them twice to get it right. LOVE Zappos for their great customer support and free shipping. I've never worn Birkenstocks before... I'm not sure if there is a breaking in period or if my feet are just messed up but I wouldn't call them comfortable. Maybe I would say "sturdy". Hopefully they are better for my feet, as I am used to wearing cheap flip flops. I definitely love the straps and feel more secure walking in them and having them for all day use. I love the style too. I can wear them with any outfit, dress or jeans, camping or going out. Although they aren't as comfortable as I hoped, I still love them and would recommend.

These were too big, I'm a size five normally and a 35, so I was already worried when I saw 35 EU was 4.5 US, so I bought the 4.5 and it was still too large. In addition, if you are getting these because you prefer not wearing leather, they are great. But if your indecisive, leather felt nicer and higher quality.

They are okay. The quality of the leather keeps going down unfortunately.

Very comfy shoes, easy to break in and very versatile

The fit was good. My husband has wide feet but the medium was fine. However, he has Parkinson’s Disease and he didn’t feel secure when wearing around the house to try them out. He felt he could rock back and forth a bit which caused him to lose his balance a bit. We can’t risk that so need to return them.

These sandals fit great and they have excellent support that I feels helps my posture! I will certainly buy another pair!

Been wearing Arizonas for 10 years or more, this is my first pair of Birkibuk shoes. Very soft and comfy, will be interesting to see how they hold up over time. I usually get 2 years from my leather pairs; hope these hold up as well.

I've worn Birkenstock shoes and sandals for many years, and while there have been some disappointing changes in cost for quality, the brand is still reliable. It has been my experience that one should size down a full size in Birkenstock sandal styles, and that width will depend on one's preference.

I ordered these in narrow since the regular width in the Arizona is too wide for me. However, these were a bit too narrow for me in the toe area. Too bad because it is a cute and comfy sandal. I've been wearing Birkenstocks for several years and they are my favorite sandal.

Great item, I liked the material and it fit great. And love how you can adjust the two strap you your size

The arch is a little harsh but once you get used to it it's pretty comfortable. I know it's good for my feet too.
