I ordered these Birkenstocks for my mother. She loves them. She says they fit true to size and are very comfortable which makes me very pleased with my purchase. Customer service was amazing and very helpful. I ordered the shoes on a Monday afternoon and was told they'd be delivered on Wednesday but they arrived the very next day at no charge. Love this company!

The website is amazing. My daughter has been wanting these all year. I told her they were too expensive at the mall. Then I saw an ad for Zappos, so we tried there. Never shopping anywhere else again.

This is my second pair of Birkenstocks and my first with the Birkibuc. Good color, good appearance, good feel. You won't win any beauty contests wearing these. Also, I don't have anything against leather, but wouldn't hesitate to buy these again. My ratings are based on the conviction that these are good shoes--I call them therapy for my feet. BTW: my previous pair lasted more than 20 years!

I love, love, love my Birks! They are the most comfortable shoes that I own. The color I ordered is a lighter one than my last pair, they're great, they go with everything! And Paul G., my customer service rep, was over-the-top helpful with my questions and placing my order!

Very nice shoes, I wanted something vegan. I used to wear birkenstocks decades ago. Those were leather. These are just as nice.

I love these sandals. They are the most comfortable sandals ever. It took a couple of days to break them in but they are totally worth it. I have hyperhidrosis and these sandals are great for that, I never feel like I am sliding out of them.

Some things never go out of style, and these shoes are just that...classic. These shoes are comfy and stylish...this color goes with almost everything. The adjustable straps help to make the fit perfect. If you have a flatter arch, they feel a little different at first but after a few wears, they mold right to your foot. You just cannot go wrong!

Even after wearing them only a few times I already love these shoes! They're pretty roomy (probably since it's a unisex shoe) but they're comfortable and versatile. Would definitely recommend!

Very comfortable! I had surgery on my foot and most shoes hurt when I wear them. These feel great on my feet.

Good service! The shoes look exactly like they do in the picture and arrived relatively fast. They aren't as comfortable to me as everyone has raved about, but they are still pretty comfy. Overall good shoe.

These are really nice sandals and very well made. Took me a year to figure out if I really wanted them; then it took me another 3 months to figure out which color I wanted. Eventually I bought them for my birthday and it was so worth the buy. But although they look beautiful they're a little uncomfortable to break in. I heard that this footbed is made especially to put your foot in its natural healthy position, but it's hurting my foot quite a bit so I think my foot must be pretty janked up. Other than that, will be rockin' them all year long!

I have had several pairs of Birkenstocks, and this is the first time I could get them in a narrow; it's a perfect fit both width and length. I normally wear a size 9 & a size 40 in Birkenstock is just right. Love Zappos!

The quality you'd expect from this brand. I couldn't believe how comfortable they were the first time I put them on. Spendy for sandals, but worth every penny.

This is my first pair of Birkenstocks and I love everything about them - the look, the comfort, the color-- Mocha Birkibuc goes with absolutely everything! They are very comfortable, have molded to my foot, and feel like they were made for me. I added an extra hole to the top straps of both shoes to get them just right for me. I highly recommend these, especially if you have feet that are hard to please.

Long considered a classic fashion girl among my friends, I was slow to jump on the Birkenstock bandwagon. But! These are seriously the best things I have done for my feet in a long time! No blisters, no breaking in period. No sore heels/arches/ankles/knees/ball of foot at the end of the day like my other closet staples. At first I was worried about pairing them with my all black and gray wardrobe, but the neutral birkibuc is really perfect. I felt darker colors cut me off and made me look shorter. They are my summer (and spring and fall) replacement for the little black ballet flat. I think the key to not looking too granola (for those who fear such a thing) is to make sure you have a spot-on pedicure at all times and not get too boho/floral elsewhere in your wardrobe. Fitting note: I am a 7 regular and took a 37. The recommended 38 was massive on me! I also had to tighten the straps to get the width just right.

My first pair of Birks. Gotta say I absolutely love them, especially in the stone hue. They are so versatile. The only downfall is that I personally felt that they feel half a size too big. I am normally a 6-6.5 in shoes and these feel a teeny tiny bit clunky with the half size extra wiggle room.

Great shoe. Looks just like the picture and very comfortable. My daughter wears them all the time and they are holding up great.

I love Berkenstock, but the "Unisex" version does not fit me. I have a slender foot. The regular is far too wide (not enough holes in the strap to buckle them) and the regular is just not a good fit either. I won't be trying the "Unisex" style again.

My husband loves Birkenstocks and I love Zappos.com! The prices are reasonable, selection is good, shipping is free, and turnaround is fast. What more can I ask for?
