This is my 2nd pair of Birkenstock sandals & I love them as much as I did the first pair. Zappos price was better than the retail prices I'd seen (even better than on Amazon.com) My order was shipped promptly & I'm very happy.

I love my new Birks! I have a very narrow foot. I always thought this style would never work for me but I was wrong. I ordered the narrow width and it fits wonderfully. I love slip on sandals in the summer and this one is perfect. I am also a Birks fan!

Love the fit sizes doesn't vary very good delivery faster than I was told

The size is too big. Please change to a smaller size as narrow. (39 narrow---'schmal')

Bought for the wife, fit true to size, she says they are really comfortable, and she loves them

My fiance loves his Birkenstocks! He says they are very comfortable and I think they look cute! He was skeptical at first, but now loves them! It was worth spending the money to get a good quality sandal that will last him for long time.

if you have a high instep these are the ones to get our local birky store didn't even know they existed the regular Arizona's didn't fit her instep what a difference they make if you have a high arch

I love my Birkenstock sandals so much! Very comfy after you break them in for two days, and the color goes with every outfit. I would recommend them to everyone and I am going to possibly buy another one but in black. The best part is that they came on time!

Love this sandal! I do wear a normal women's size 8 in almost every shoe. I do not have a wide or narrow foot. I purchased the 38 with regular width after reading most reviews that stated these ran big. They fit great and I can't wait until they are fully broken in. Do not doubt these, buy and you will love!

These are wonderful shoes that are very comfortable. They take about a week to form to your feet. I ordered my regular size 39/8 and that fit perfectly.

These were a perfect! I did get equivalent to 12-12 1/2 when my hubby typically wears 13 or 12 1/2 wide. They fit great and he loves them.

I purchased these shoes for my granddaughters and they both love them. They'll probably wear them all summer.

I love these shoes. They were a replacement for a pair that I wore and wore and wore. I love that they have arch support, since I usually wear prescription supports in all my other shoes. I wear them whenever and wherever I can.

I had been wearing my mom's 35 yr. old Birkenstock's which were, frankly, missing pieces of cork - but they were so comfortable I could NOT not wear them. Then it occurred to me that I could buy myself a new pair and hope they were just as comfortable I ordered, they came, and I'm thrilled! Can't quite bring myself to discard my mom's old ones, though. Thanks, Zappos, for making it all so easy!

They are a little bigger than I expected. The color is also more grey, rather than taupe which is what I was expecting. Overall I like them, but not sure yet if I want to exchange for the smaller size.

Super comfy! Ordered from a different website in a 39, but it was too big, so I ordered here in a 38. Super comfy and super adorable! Not super cute but a trend that is coming back and I am so happy about it! They are super comfortable and great arch support! Definitely recommend to anyone!

I'm so disappointed in these! Over the years Ive had several pair in this style, so I had pretty clear expectations of what I'd get. These are nothing like my others! Poorly made, almost no leather, the tread is so hard that there is no flex at all to the shoe. The cork has so much rubber added to it that there is no "give" in the shoe. They're so hard that they are miserable to wear. It's like walking with two boards strapped to my feet. The overall quality of the shoes is just awful, they look like cheap knock offs.

I have super high arches and can't wear regular flip flops due to the lack of support. It's nice to find a sandal that works for my feet.

Will be wearing these regularly during the warmer months. I need the support for my knees and feet that most all Birkenstocks provide. As usual Zappos customer service was top-notch.

I had this pair in the 90s--- nothing changed. it's still the same comfy everyday slip-on. I'm so glad i decided to buy again. it's just a wee bit wide. only regular was available when I placed the order. but it's not deal breaker.

These are terrible. This is my first bad experience with Zappos. These are not the thick substantial leather that I am used to. It is thin leather with felt glued to the underside. To make it even worse, and more bizarre, the sandals arrived in an orange NIKE box, and the buckle on one was chewed up and twisted. What is going on over there?!!

You are a first class operation and would rate you 10 plus. I will be needing a pair of sneakers in february and will order online.

Bought these for my granddaughter and she absolutely loved them! Unfortunately, they were too big and it appears this was the smallest size. So sorry they will have to be sent back.

I purchased these shoes thru Zappos, a gift for my son on Christmas. They arrived double boxed an exactly as ordered. Needless to say. He was quite happy w/ the Birkenstock sandals.
