The perfect bag for a busy college student. It is so light yet very sturdy. There are tons of pockets, so it's easy to store your stuff! I can fit a wallet, phone, cosmetic bag, gloves, hat, scarf, pencil cases, water bottle, extra pair of shoes, and - of course - books and folders. You can likely fit a light 15" laptop in here, too. I originally bought the bag in Folkloric, but I found that color to be a little too bright for everyday use. Zappos was wonderful and sent me an exchange in Barcelona, extremely quickly! Barcelona goes with everything. Overall, great as a schoolbag, and likely great for an overnight or beach bag, too.

Totes Adorbs! (Get it?!) I had not realized what a devoted following Vera Bradley has until I started shopping for totes on Zappos. I bought this one because I needed a very functional tote with lots of pockets and a cool, boho design. This bag is large enough to hold a travel blanket, sweatshirt, Kindle fire, textbook, cell phone, wallet, snacks, keys and makeup - without even bulging! I love all the pockets inside and out, and the toggle closure is fine for my needs. I bought it in the suzani pattern, which is gorgeous and richly colored, and hides smudges nicely. My only gripe - and it is a small one - is that I think the strap with the metal latch which is sewn into the outside pocket to hold keys, wallet etc should be put into the zipper pocket on the back of the bag instead of in the open pocket on the front. That way, whatever you are hooking onto your bag (I hooked my VB wristlet to it) can be extra secure and it leaves the nice deep front pocket open for a water bottle. However, that is all nit-picky stuff - this is a great bag and I am super-pleased with my purchase and with Zappos!

Love my new Vera Bag. It holds all of my books and I can fit my laptop too, though it's tight. The pockets are fabulous. So many things could get forgotten in there. I'm a grad. student and mom of 3 kids and I can see this bag doubling as a purse, since I have my books with me all the time anyway. The carry all wristlet clips right on the back or slips right in a pocket. Just hope the handles hold up. Zappos had super quick delivery. Ordered on Saturday and received it on Monday! Awesome Service!

Purchased as a book bag for my 11 year old daughter and she loves it. I don't think it can possibly be as comfortable to use as a backpack, but she doesn't seem to mind. Pretty, bright pattern.

I have taken this bag and one trip so far and I really like it a lot. Has plenty of pockets on the inside on the sides to keep things separate yet the big open space in the middle for my laptop or magazines etc.

The bag was what my 12 year old grand daughter wanted. She loves it, especially all of the inside pockets. It is hard to miss with Vera Bradley. Personally I like bags with top zippers.

I bought this tote in the pattern very berry paisley, and I absolutely love it. I am a sophomore in high school and I use it everyday as my schoolbag. It is the perfect size and fits all my binders, pencil case, glasses case, wallet, water bottle, calculator and so much more. I love the interior pockets and the sturdy base. Overall I think this product is amazing for high school students looking for a nice schoolbag.

I bought this bag for my Mom for Mother's Day and she loves it. I have one very similar to this which I use when I travel in the car; I put all of my magazines, Kindle, power cords, and snacks inside. Love it, keeps all my "stuff" together and easily accessible for the trip. And of course Zappos is awesome as always!

I love this purse! Okay, so it is a little large. I will admit that. My husband made fun of it at first. He said it looked like something a homeless lady would carry. I love it though. It is very light, and the green is perfect for spring. I love all of the inside pockets. There are so many that I hardly have anything in the actual bottom of the purse! I highly recommend this for anyone who loves a large purse.

I love this bag; it has plenty pockets to put all my things in. Very nice size; its quilted inside and out very well made. I just love it. I will buy more Vera Bradley items. I hope she makes more quilted items.

Just received this bag last week and I love it! I originally ordered the smaller tote, but it didn't have as many pockets. This is perfect. 6 pockets all together + 1 zippered pouch on outside. All my stuff fits, with room left over.

This Vera Bradley bag purchased recently has style and space in just the right places. Purples, lavendars, and pinks paired with black make this large tote a favorite. I can safely say that you will love it!

I enjoy this tote. I only wish it was just a little bit larger (just a bit larger) and that the closer was zipped instead of the toggle it comes with, this would secure your belongings better but overall, I do like the bag and use it often. I really like all the internal compartments; this helps to keep things in place.

This is a great tote with lots of pockets and a large central area for big items like books or a laptop. Holds my sketchbook, pencil bag, iPod, makeup bag, wallet, snacks, etc. The top zipper is a must for travel! I returned another style of Vera Bradley bag because it lacked this essential travel feature. Happy Snails is a super fun 1960's style pattern that looks more chic than some of the standard Vera Bradley florals, in my humble opinion. The color palette works year-round - it's not too pastel or bright for fall and winter with the red and dark blue accents.

I love my Vera tote! My daughters bought it for me for Mother's Day. Even though it is large, I use it for an everyday purse. I do not even carry that much usually, but just returned from traveling and it was perfect for everything extra I needed to take. I love the inside pockets - they help keep things organized. I have found that I can put my sunglasses in one of those pockets and not even have to have them in a case since the pocket is padded from the quilted fabric. I also love the fact that when I need to, I will just wash the bag to get it clean again. I would definitely recommend it!

As a student back in 1993 in Fort Wayne I had to interview the president of a company and these two ladies graciously granted me an interview for my marketing project. They are very genuine, ladies with class, and integrity which is reflected in their products. I buy my granddaughters the book bags and hipster products and they just loves them as do all the kids at school. They were quite impressed I had interviewed these ladies. Would like to see more solid colors too in these bags. I remember the ladies sharing how women needed a light bag to get across the airport and to date they remains very light, great quality and classy purse, bag or wallet. You can always tell a Vera Bradly bag from another cheap or knock off brand. When I ask ladies at airport if it is a Vera Bradly they say yes and love they granted me an interview as a student.
