I absolutely love them, I have used them at the studio and just got my own. They're very stable! Great tools to use while practicing getting into harder poses, the support of these will help you get there with the correct alignment.

Received two as Christmas presents and love them! They feel sturdier than foam blocks which is a major plus! My only problem is that they seem to shed a little bit of their cork bits on my mat, but it's nothing too serious. Overall, very satisfied.

It's a good block. Everything I am looking for in a block. Only downside is you can get similar blocks for half the price other places.
