I still haven't received it, while I had been a whole day, at home waiting for it. It was promised to be delivered that day, the reason why I had ordered it, but it wasn't and then the delivery happened when I already left for holidays, without my mat that I really wanted to take with me unfortunately

I love this mat and am so happy I (finally!) got around to getting one.

The best mat for yoga! A bit slippery to use at first but after a few uses and wipe downs, its perfect!

This mat is as expected-- a traditional yoga mat of the thinckness described and of good workmanship. It is fairly slick, which is addressed in nstructions for how to break it in. While I don't mind that, the Lulumon mat that I also recently purchased was not slick upon receipt and was also good quality, requiring no breaking in. The Manduka mat is completely fine and worth the money, but they could work on making it meet the standards of other companies that do not require beak-in for a similar price (the Lulumon mat did retail for roughly $25 more). The colors offered by Manduka were very good.

The mat is stiff and slippery. I feel like for the quality of the mat it is too expensive.

Love it! And SO glad that it does NOT have the strong rubber smell as previous Manduka mats have had (this is my third)

I purchased the mat a month ago and I am pretty satisfied with it. I like the colour and the cushioning. I still haven't done the 'salty method' but I feel slippery only in down dog so it is not such problem for me.

In love with the Sand mat. Ive had a few mats and I think this is the one for me. I feeling so peaceful and light when practicing on it

Very nice and comfortable, but still struggling with the slippery part, I already cleaned many times but can fill my hand moving during precise. I also miss the fact that there is no central line drawing in the mat. Also better option than the 6mm if the idea is to carry around.

The quality is good, but it weighs more than I expected and is not comfortable to carry :/

Beautiful mat that is grippy / sticky when dry. Still a bit slippery when I sweat even a little (even after salt treatment). A yoga towel is needed for use in hot yoga. But I love the durability and aesthetic.
