Very nice product but the manufacturing process and the quality control leaves a lot to be desired. I had 3 sets of these sent to me before I finally got a "Good" pair. I repeat, "Good" pair, not perfect but yet we pay first class money for this item. So the word is, be careful what you buy and do a complete inspection before much time elapses.

not enough cushion; fit was loose and bigger than expected

I was surprised and disappointed that there was so little cushioning in these slippers. As soon as I put them on they felt hard with no cushioning that you would expect from an indoor slipper.

These slippers are extremely hot and make my feet sweat and stinky. They seem to run about a half size small. I wouldn't buy these again, and will go back to buying Ugg.

I don't know what kind of idiot thought that putting fabric on the bottom was ok, but it has started to come off. They were rather cheap, so I guess you get what you pay for.

Size was ok, felt a little small though, constantly felt like it would fall off. Material was very uncomfortable.

i would have loved to keep this, but zero arch support.

These slippers look very nice but they aren't soft at all. The sole is hard like you could wear them outside, which I don't mind so much, but there is zero cushioning inside. Feels like I'm wearing shoes which isn't what I'm looking for in slippers. But if you want a pair of indoor/outdoor "slippers" these would be great.

Didn't like the fit

There looked and felt great at first and after about 6 months they just stayed damp on the inside even when you let them dry out, they kept the inside moist and eventually had to be thrown away. I would not recommend these.

They fit well but are too warm for me and don't quite have as much support as I'd like

I found the tag sewn into the plush lining under the heel to be very irritating. Returned them.

When I read 3E, I thought it was going to be VERY large. But it was only large and didn't fit badly swollen feet. We decided to cut the top to make it fit, as we needed the shoes badly.

The top arch of the shoe is too small for your foot to fit in

Unless you want to spend 15 minutes with a seam ripper removing the MULTIPLE tags on the INSIDE of these slippers so they don't rub against your bare feet, don't buy them. They are also extremely flat with no cushioning between the fleecy insole and the hard rubber sole. The fleece trim should be black, not brown (yes, I saw the brown in the photo, but blinded by buffalo plaid, which I love).

The left and right slipper each had an uncomfortable label where you put the soles of your feet that I had to remove to get any level of comfort - what’s the point of this?

Way way too wide. I could not even make these stay on my feet with thick socks. They jut slid right off. Also kinda short. Would be great for someone with Flinstone feet. Seriously

Without a doubt the most uncomfortable house shoes I have worn. The soles are rock hard without any support. Considering the price I understand, but if you want something comfortable to walk or stand in look elsewhere.

After reading all the reviews I thought why not get these for my batter half. Once they arrived, the sole looked very cheap and not much support at all. Had to return.

Very cheap. No support what so ever. Very dissatisfied with the overall quality of this slipper. Go back to Zappos.

Not wide enough! I was excited to find a wide width slipper. I ordered the slipper in a size up and the width was not wide enough for my wide foot. The wide width slipper was more of a medium width. The tag said wide width but I could not even get my foot all the way down inside the slipper. Zappos is amazing with their refund and return policy though. All I had to do was print my label and ship it off. Free shipping for returns too! Thank you for the great service Zappos!

I had requested a pair of 3E slippers but they are only E. They are a bit tight but I am sure they will stretch in time. I am not inclined to send them back because I need them now not tomorrow or next week. I am not sure what I should have done to get the correct size.

I bought a size 11 wide for a man with a high instep and wide foot he could not get his foot in them i will be returning.
