Horrible. I wore my crocs out without realizing they looked huge. Everyone laughs at my "clown shoes". I went to the mall and realized I'm size 4J not 7. I hate my crocs and I can't return them because I already wore them.

The camo ones busted the first day. I would like to exchange them but don't know how.

It is a hard plastic, is nos soft as classic crocs

Overpriced. Shipping took 3 weeks. Throw the whole entire company away.

Ugly color

I don't like them hurts bottom of feet

I bought my first Classic Crocs due to a recommendation from my Podiatrist since I am suffering from Plantar Fasciatis. The only shoe that brought relief. Did not like the way these fit, they somehow didn't feel as comfortable as the Classic ones. Sent them back.

Awful.. felt like walking in the ground. Fake

I felt like the size was off. Although it said it was my size it was smaller than the blue ones I ordered at the exact same time. I tried chatting with customer service about it to return and order more but they was really asking for to much like take a picture side by side of the two pair I ordered. I stated that one pair is home and the other pair is at my spouse house but they didn't care about any of that. Customer service was no help at all.

I got a light gray crocs instead of a graphite color

The pictures show "Crocs" on the side of the shoe for vents... That is only one one side. Not both. I wanted the Crocs on both sides to keep rocks out.

These are the most uncomfortable shoes I have ever worn.

The right and left do not fit the same. Even the replacement pair.

It broke after 2 weeks of normal use

Not so comfortable the sole hard need to wear socks to walk better

I originally purchased the older style of Crocs online at a discounted price. I followed the website's directions on ordering a size down. The Crocs didn't fit and were too small. The website doesn't allow exchanges, so I was instructed to exchange them at a store. The store wouldn't honor the discount (2 for the price of 1), so I reluctantly exchange 2 pairs for 1 pair of the newer style, and had to pay the difference on top of that. The manager said the newer style was more durable. They aren't more durable. There's a tear in the Crocs one week after use. So, not only did I have to settle for 1 pair verses the 2 I originally ordered, I also paid extra for the newer style that is not more durable.

It ripped by the letters on the second use

I bought a pair for my son who is in 10th grade apparently there what's in style at the moment so of course when I saw the sale on line crocs.com I was thrilled to know that my purchase was literally only half the price which in my opinion was a killer deal !! I was excited to tell my son they would be arriving in the mail in a few days as I went to my email to check on the status and get arrival date I noticed my mistake I ordered the wrong size I felt disappointed but wasn't that big of a deal I remember I could just exchange at the actual store in the mall but when I explained my situation gave them the receipt and asked to just get the correct size they told me sorry were charging you full price for the shoes total bull I'll never spend my money or time which equals to being wasted time on this company online or in store ridiculous after my bad experience online they should of took care of me in store instead of trying to cash in bad customer service on there part

I actually returned this product. Is been received by your office, but the cash refund takes forever to send back to me

Unfortunately my crocs teared at the lettering of the side of the shoes. The tear seems to be a design flaw. I soley wear this inside and it has been less than a year from my purchase. I spoke to customer service and the only thing they could do is issue a coupon, sadly.
