The size has changed from the past year. I bought a pair last year in size 11 and they fit perfectly. These new ones, also size 11, are too small. Its crazy that they dont accept returns because of this either.

I wore the shoes twice and it began to make this horrible squeaking

Size too big for me, the company's size table is incorrect. Can't get refund because my debit card was cancelled, and Cros own stores are not convenient locations for refund.

I just bought these for my daughter and they already broke!

Run too big. Impossible to return. Buyer beware!!!

These things are boats. They run really big. I went to a few of the stores where YOU recommend customers return items and they won't take them back because they were purchased on line. Your own customer service is non existent. At this point I am stuck with shoes I can't wear.

Doesn't fit as well as the classic. Shoe seems to run larger. My foot slides around more in it.

I bought these as a gift for my daughter. She only had them two weeks and they ripped where the word "CROCS" is. I have contacted customer support and am waiting to hear back from them. I would probably buy CROCS again but only without the word CROCS on the shoe where it makes it weak.

I decided to try out the Baya Clog and went right back to the Classic Clog. The length of the shoes fits smaller. I'm a 12, and the backs of the Baya Clog are RIGHT on my heel, whereas the Classic Clog has a little bit of room. Refunded and going back to the Classic.

These back straps are so short that they do not fit the shoe, and the kids get blisters. The company has horrible customer service. You can't do exchanges for new sizes, only returns, and then you have to rebuy. So if you bought during a great sale, too bad, they will not honor those prices again.

Ripped a week I had them

Compared to my last few crocs this one feels CHEAP. Insole feels flat. Will not continue to waste my hard earned money

the product says 40% off and it's not exactly 40% it's like a whole 10% less.. smh

This style seems to run smaller

Don't fit.

The size is not right, they are too large and cannot be worn. They were a retirement gift, I'm a senior and I don't know how to exchange for a smaller size. The color is great but I haven't been able to wear because of the size.

Ordered, waited 3 days. Arrived after lunch sometime midafternoon to dinner the side broke where the o and c are at on the left side broke. Basically a weak design. Wonderful appearance, just broke wearing around house.

Side with CROCS stamped ripped.

The Crocs really nice and comfortable however delivery gave one star cause it took almost a month to receive and had to order two times however customer service was great in helping out with the situation and very nice and efficient

Not even a week of using them where it says crocs tore.

Strap broke with only two days of wear

I've purchased this style before and for whatever reason this pair were smaller. Really disappointed as these were a gift.

Returned UPS 12/2/24 for exchange shoe too small, have yet to hear from you. Sure I'll "five star" it when I receive, providing it's the size I requested!

I returned this purchase because it was supposed to be two for one. Afterwards I realized that the site changed my order and they changed the price for two and sent me only one.
