I really like the shoe, the style. I am a person who does not wear what the average person wears, I like things different.

Fantastic shoes, especially for this edgy guy, and they fit like any other Chuck Taylors. I don't wear them over any pants but wear them under jeans. The trick with the laces is to cut them. I keep the laces tied from ankle to knee nice and tight. From ankle down, they're like low-top Chucks and those are the laces that I use to adjust. How to deal with unsightly laces hanging out? I simply tuck them underneath themselves in-between the tongue and outside. This way, I can use the zipper for on/off combined with a minor tweaking of laces (but only the bottom half).

My sister loves her XX Hi Converse. I had to return them once, because I got the wrong size. It wasn't a problem though; the return was fast and sweet. Thank you Zappos for making it easy for a big brother.

The shoes fit absolutely amazingly, except for the calf. This is almost as expected - they're almost a youth/teen girl's boot, and I'm a male with pretty hefty runner's calves. The shoe itself fits perfectly, but the diameter of my calf is too large. I can't even lace it up to the top. I'll be swapping them for a different pair with no hard feelings.

Great shoe, looks good and very comfortable to wear. Two sets of laces can be used if they are hard to put on or take off. Would like see them in more colors.

Absolutely amazing. As a guy I have been waiting for my size to appear, as I have been wearing a pair too small. I like to wear them over my skinny jeans, and love the attention they bring. I hope more guys will start wearing them.

These are not just for kids/teens! These are very sporty chic, I have these sneakers in black and a pair in charcoal grey (purchased at another site). I receive complements every time I wear them. The back zips so they are quite easy to pull on and take off. They are ultra comfortable and the fit is true to size. I would highly recommend them if you are into beating to your own drum.

I am 60 I got them for clown outfit when they went on sale but they are so comfortable and cute I wear them a lot. I get a lot of people ask me where I found them, so of course I say Zappos. The only problem is my calves have large muscles and that makes the laces too short to lace up all the way up so I leave the top two holes unlaced, but I have a solution just get short sneaker laces and add them on. I figure it will work. If not, they are cute they way they are. I am extremely happy with them!

I got these for my 11 year old daughter. She loves them. They run about a half size large. It is a bit tough trying to get the shoe over her heel because she laces it tight since her legs are really skinny. Not a huge problem. Very cute shoe.
