These spikes are light durable and all around amazing the feel of them and speed boost they give you are amazing! I run the 100 meters. My time went from 11.6 to 11.3!

My 13 year old daughter has these spikes. They are true to size. They look amazing on the track with the alternating red and yellow. She ran very well. She's a short and mid distance runner. We're very pleased and would recommend these shoes.

These spikes are amazing! They're super light and they hurt my eyes just looking at them! If you run the 800 all the way to the 5000 you have to get these! They are very strong and long lasting spikes.

I got these shoes at an odd time when I had no scheduled meets for a week or two. I used them at a meet and my PR's went from 4:54 to 4:52 mile, 2:13 to 2:12 800m, and 1:05 to 58s 400m. If they don't fit exactly right try going with thicker, thinner, or no socks. The laces stay secure without double knotting. The spikes that come in the box were worn flat after the meet, so look into better spikes. I suggest Pyramid Spikes (only if they are legal to use in your conference).

The best shoes you can ever ask for. Very stable; lets the air come in - that helps with the non-sweating feet, and non smelling feet - so, as I said before, they're the best.

Great pair of spikes but extremely light, made for long distance runners only. I ran 100m and bad idea; the toe part is very breathable so it means it's not durable. Someone stepped on my toe with their spike and ripped a big fat hole in the toe. Whole spikes ruined. Overall good shoe for about year or 2 years at max but made for long distance only.
