I bought these shoes after reading the reviews and am so glad I did. I have the world's widest feet, including bunions, and was concerned about the narrow look of the shoe across the open toe. I also have not worn heels this high ever, so was concerned about being able to pull these off. I shouldn't have worried. I've had these shoes on all day and am having no problems the first time out with them. I live in a major city so walk a few blocks to and from public transportation and my feet are fine in these. I wouldn't walk miles, but the commute is a piece of cake. The platform gives me enough stability to deal with the height of the heel, and there is plenty of give in the leather to accommodate the width of my foot. Great upgrade to my shoe wardrobe!

Very sexy shoe! I'm not used to this type of platform shoe but once I mastered the rocking motion (after one wear), they were so comfortable. I have a narrow to normal width foot and these fit snug, someone with a wider, chubby foot might find them too tight. Overall, I love them. Zappos and Nine West have done it again!

Bought the black polka dot shoe to wear with my full length wedding gown in Dec. 2011. (A splash of fun - and a shoe I can wear for more than just one event) I'm normally a size 8.5 or a 9 in shoes. The 8.5 was a fit, but felt a little tight around the toes so I tried the 9 and they were great. I wore these shoes for the first time from for over 9 hours and even danced in them. I had no pain at all; no blisters or pinching. The platform makes the heel height comfortable. This is a great shoe that's ideal for people who want a sexy heel without the painful height.

I have the black patent, the gorgeous blush sparkle, the black sparkle, the black mesh, the black/white polka dot-Gorg!, and the tan patent, and am on wait list for the red patent and black fabric... these shoes fit perfectly! I am in need of a knee replacement and can still wear these heels! I discovered if I have a platform and a heel not above 3" it equals my foot out and my feet aren't at such a downward, uncomfortable angle. Let's face it ladies, anyone that says their 3 1/2- 6" heels are comfy is full of it! But this style from Nine West, and a lot of Nine West shoes, have cushion, and just a better fit. I have a narrow foot and the med. fits fine, it stays on, the strap does not slip and I feel very secure... even needing a knee replacement! No, I'm not nuts for wearing heels, I just decided I wasn't going to be left out of wearing gorgeous heels just because I have bad arthritis, so I did my research and found platform medium height heels or heels with a platform that "look" high, and it's worked! Not only that, after the surgery I should be able to wear heels down the line again, so I'll have my Nine West cuties all set to go and look fashionable! I highly recommend this style, can't wait to get more colors!

I love the fit and feel of Sharina. I went a half size up for comfort. This is a beautiful style! I delayed ordering White Dot and it was gone, so I paid more from another site. So, if you see a color you just love, go ahead and order it. White Garden Fabric looks like Christian L, but at a fraction of the cost, just ordered that and the gray. Nine West has really got a good thing going with this style, and seems to have even improved it with more ball-of-foot padding. Zappos customer service folks are always so good to deal with!

Nine West Sharina's are really cute shoes. They have a lot of cushioning and the peep-toe is larger than some I have tried. They don't hurt my bunions in the wide width, but are still easy to keep on with the adjustable strap. Get them, you will feel like Marilyn.

Absolutely gorgeous! I haven't worn these yet (except to try them on/walk around the house) but I have them on display in my bedroom on top of a bookshelf. They are quite literally a work of art with a comfy footbed. You could quite literally pair these pumps with any colored outfit. Worth every penny.

I love these shoes I have them in beige, black and black with white polka dots they are by far the most comfortable sexy shoe I have ever worn. I am a not a small person and I feel like a million bucks with my heels on. I wear them at least 3 times a week. Thank you Nine West.

Needing heels for a wedding this sassy shoe fit the ticket! I'm a nurse and non-heel kind of gal, but like to look stylish....the platform made the heel height very comfortable, pulling off both comfort and style!

I love this shoe. The heel is not super high and the shoe is amazingly comfortable. This is a wearable all day shoe. Nine West sizing is a tad big and this shoe runs true to Nine West sizing but is a touch big compared to other brands. There is a rocking effect to the platform that I have to remember for the first few minutes but then I adjust. I think that might add to the overall comfort of the shoe and the ease for walking but that is just a guess. There is something about this shoe that is very flattering to the leg and in the black floral print that I bought it really calls attention to the feet of the wearer so a lovely pedicure is a must. This shoe is very feminine and according to my husband very sexy.

I wear a 7.5-8 shoe, depending on the brand and purpose. I ordered these in a 7.5 and they fit great. I was skeptical that my foot would be too wide for them (I don't have a wide foot per se but I usually require a wider toe box in order to be comfortable) but that was not the case. These darling heels were snug at first but not uncomfortable, and the break-in period was short. The heel height plus the platform is perfect for me. I am not accustomed to wearing heels but I don't feel awkward and out of place when I wear these heels. The slight rocking motion caused by the shape of the platform allowed for an easier strut. I have these in the black and white polka dot fabric and the black and floral fabric and I always receive compliments on both. Great heel at a great price by a great brand.

I was looking for a pair of comfortable heels after breaking my ankle, and saw the great reviews for this shoe. I decided to order based on the reviews, but was still skeptical because I've never really had a pair of heels that are comfortable. Well, I finally wore them out for the first time, and even with my ankle still healing, these shoes didn't hurt at all! I wore them for about 4 hours and was walking or standing the whole time and didn't feel a thing. I am so excited to finally have a comfortable pair of heels! Now it's time to order more colors!

This is a fantastic shoe! So comfortable to wear, but stylish and sexy. Don't be misled by the color it's called (brown). It's red, just like it looks in the picture.

These are very comfortable and stylish shoes. After reading the reviews I decided to buy half a size larger than what I normally wear. That was a great decision. Although the shoes have a platform, I got used to it after wearing them a few times.
