These are really cute shoes but I've only worn them twice in the year I've had them. The problem is that the back of the shoe rubs against my achilles tendon. The only solution was to wear these with knee socks but that's not how I like to wear my flats. So, basically these are worthless to me since I can't wear them without socks.

I have the wedge version of these flats in silver, and they are so flattering so I decided to give these a try. I am 5'2", 105lbs but these makes my legs look stubbier and shorter than they are! Do not get these if you have thick or short legs, or if you are short in general! The shape at the front isn't flattering at all and makes your feet look fat. Other than that, the shoes are very comfortable, too bad they look so hideous on me!

These would be perfect flats except that for me they are unwearable without socks, and I do not like wearing socks with flats. The style is cute, the leather is soft and the fit is perfect except for the fact that the heel cup cuts into my skin in the area between the top of my heel and my Achilles tendon. I'm very disappointed. These shoes are essentially unwearable for me.

I didn’t like these. I got the black western leather. The picture looked so perfect and ballerina, but actually the toe is made of a different fabric and it was not symmetrical on both toes. Plus, you can’t really tell from the picture, but it’s all gathered into lines pointing around the front, ugh. Yucky style, and they weren’t comfortable, no sole baby.

I love leather flats, but this stretched out a bit and now are easily a size too big for me. I don’t know if it’s from the ill fit due to the leather, but I have broken these shoes in and they still give me blisters on my heels and the soles have began to peel away for the shoe. Not worth the price asked for them.

I ordered this shoe in pewter and in dark brown. The brown shoe fits very comfortably, for a thin flat (don\'t plan on a lot of walking on hard surfaces) and is stylish. But the pewter shoe is made of a different leather and was really uncomfortable. I will be keeping the brown;the pewter goes back.

Overall I think these are very cute comfortable shoes, but I am not pleased with how these have held up. After having them for a month the sole started separating from the rest of the shoe. They also have looked very worn fast.

These shoes started to squeak on my feet after about the first 6 hours of wearing them. Bummed because now I'm stuck with a pair of squeaky shoes. :(

I wish I could return these shoes, but I've worn them a few times now. First off, after 5-6 uses the inside of the shoe is coming apart from the sole. The front toe part has gotten an indentation that is rubbing against my big toe and causing discomfort. I tried to stuff socks inside to reverse the indentation, but not matter what, it's there. These shoes are not well-made and they are not that inexpensive! Skip these.

Where do I even begin with these shoes? I'll start at the beginning as that would be logical. I searched for a decently priced flat before my trip to Paris and found the reviews on this one exceptional for the value so I purchased them. I received them, tried them on and walked around my house with them. They seemed comfortable, fit well, so into the suitcase they went. I decided to wear these to visit the Louvre museum for a tour I had scheduled, so I put them on and out the door I went. Well, within 15 minutes of wearing them I knew I had made a terrible mistake in purchasing these shoes. The pillow like comfort I thought I felt at the beginning was a lie. They felt like they were rubbing my heel and smaller toes the wrong way (the sizing is correct and my foot isn't too wide). I thought "okay, my feet are just getting acclimated to them. No big deal." I'm an optimist and I will give something a shot. No! Do not give these shoes a shot. Don't think you can change these shoes. It will not happen. After two hours of touring the museum (and stopping now and then to actually take them off and almost cry) I had blisters on my heels and second smallest toes. Ouch, ouch, ouch! I found it to be a very painful trip back to the apartment I was staying at in Paris. I emailed Zappos, asking them if a return would be possible for these shoes. I was expecting them to kindly tell me that they couldn't do that, but instead I got possibly the most wonderful customer service response ever. They told me they were refunding my money, that they were sorry the shoes didn't work out, and that I could chuck them. Chuck them I did, with a huge smile on my face. I switched back to my sneakers and put band aids all over my poor feet. Maybe these shoes will work for you but I found them painfully(literally) unacceptable and I'm so grateful that Zappos is such a rockstar in the customer service department.

These shoes look cute and fit well, but they're seriously lacking in quality. After wearing them 3 times, there are 1-2 inch spots on the back of each heel where the material has almost completely worn through. At this point, I doubt they'll last the summer. If you're considering these shoes, buyer beware. They're not worth $10, much less this price.

Feels like a cheap shoe. Very thin sole with no support. Extremely unfortable. Would never buy another pair or recommend. Probably the worst pair of shoes I've ever purchased.

This shoe was way too narrow for me. It also was not supportive at all.

Ill-fitting and of very low quality - I purchased these shoes with the hopes I was getting a basic pair of black flats for a decent price. I know that for the price, I wasn't getting superb quality, but I thought these would be decent enough to withstand all my walking for awhile. Upon opening the shoe box, however, I noticed how poor the quality of these shoes - they look like they should be sold at a roadside stand. They look cheap and flimsy and like they wouldn't support my foot or any amount of walking at all. (I was also instructed to size up, which I did, but these were far too big.) So, I returned them. My search for a nice pair of basic black flats continues...
