I love them! I got them yesterday after about a week's wait. They fit true to size. I am a size 7 and ordered a 7. Do not go up or down a size. These shoes fit beautifully, and are so comfy. I can't wait to wear them. I am thinking of ordering them in brown too. These are the best flats, hands down.

The best flats in the world. I wear an 8.5, but with Jessica Simpson shoes, I always get an 8. They run a 1/2 size big. I can wear these shoes from morning to night without having any blisters or achy feet.

These are super cute and very versatile shoes! They work with jeans, and skirts. I was looking for a simple brown ballet flat and I found that in these shoes!

First let me say the customer service at Zappos is like none I have ever encountered. Its amazing. I placed my order with free shipping on Friday evening and Monday it was in my hands. What great service! Anyway, I digress. These flats are great, immediately comfortable which is a blessing for those of us with issues finding shoes that don't pinch, bind, rub or scratch. The fit is true to size. I am an 8, I ordered an 8 and it's perfect.

Bought these flats last fall and love them. If you need arch support these are not the shoes for you. However, if you aren't planning on walking 5 miles in them, they're great!

Sim;ply LOVE these soft ballet style shoes. First ones I've seen in 'brown' and I just had to have them as part of my shoe wardrobe. I ordered my normal size and they were just fine.

Cute, comfortable ballet flats. Good quality shoe. A bit tight in the toe, but should stretch. Zappos upgraded my standard shipping to overnight air for free! Very impressed.

I love this flat. I bought it in two colors. They are SO comfortable. I wear either a 7 1\/2 or 8. Ordered the 8 and they are perfect. Love the little squared off toe. So glad they come in so many colors. Definitely will order more. There are other brands which are much more expensive and don\'t offer any better design or quality. These are cute, comfortable, and very well priced.

If you are waffling, just get these shoes. They are so comfortable and so cute. They are like wearing the most styling slippers and they look great with everything. Like other reviews I read, I am tempted to just buy them up in case they ever stop making them. Simply awesome shoes.

I have a hard time finding shoes that will work with my small, narrow foot. These shoes are great. Bought a 5.5 in brown and they fit perfect. They are very comfortable but do not have any arch support.

Great little black shoe. I don't wear these for serious walking due to the lack of arch support (they’re pretty much a ballet slipper). However, they’re great to slip in and out of when running errands. This is the second pair that I have purchased. I had to replace my first pair after wearing them out!

I have almost every pair of Jessica Simpson flats and I am very happy with them, easy and comfortable to wear. However, this design runs about a 1/2 size small. I wear and bought a size 6 however, I should have purchased a 6 ½.

Love, love, love these shoes, yes there is not much to them but if you are looking for a shoe you can actually wear out of the box without having to break in, these are them. Very cute and simple! I wear them with jeans, skirts, dresses, very versatile shoe. :)

When I bought my first pair of Jessica Simpson ballet flats it was because the clerk at the department store told me they were rated "the most comfortable ballet flats made." I laughed at first, but then tried them on. I bought a brown and black pair and have worn one or both everyday since. They go with dress clothes, jeans, skirts, skirts and dresses. I wear them with socks hose or bare- legged. I love them so much I just bought four more pairs just in case they stop making them.

Love, love, LOVE these red shoes!!! I did order half size smaller (6 1/2) than I normally wear (7) and they are perfect! When I first slipped them on, they felt a tad tight, but within hours they had stretched out just enough. I LOVE them! I saw them online on 12/30 and ordered them about 4 p.m., wishing I had ordered them sooner so I could wear them on New Year’s Eve night - They were at my door at 10:00 a.m. New Years Eve!!! What Service!! I ordered the black, too, but went with the 7 because of the reviews... should have gone with the 6 1/2 in the black, too. I literally stepped out of them as they are sooo soft. No problem though - Zappos is great on returns/exchanges - Painless! I Love Zappos!!!

The shoe is lovely, however the ad did say they run small and I should get the next larger size. In actuality they run large and I had to return them for the next smaller size. The return went smoothly with no charge to me. I ordered another pair the day after Christmas. I chose free shipping and received them 2 days later. Fantastic. You must be the best company on the planet.

Love these shoes, glad they are back out this season. Very classic ballet flats. Everything out there is rounded toe; it's nice for a change to have something with a nice square toe. Very comfortable. I tried 3 ballet flats before settling on these. Wear them with everything. I bought them in black and brown, and am tempted to buy "back up" pairs. You wont be disappointed.

Love them, soft and great toe detail, very comfy! They gap a tiny bit on the side when you walk, but it might be that they are just a little big on me. Seem to be good quality for the price.

Love this shoe! As usual Jessica Simpson shoes run 1/2 size small so I ordered a 7 rather than my size, 6.5. Great fit and super cute.

I absolutely love these ballerina flats! I actually bought these shoes a year ago and just ordered another pair. They are really comfortable and stylish and they wear really nicely. You will not be disappointed!

These are adorable flats, comfortable like slippers. I definitely took the advise of the previous purchasers and bought 1/2 size larger. Keep in mind there is little arch support so don't wear them if your going to be walking alot or standing on your feet all day. Otherwise this is a great little shoe.

I have probably purchased 5 of this same shoe. They are extremely comfortable. I usually wear them barefoot and as the leather is soft they do wear out after a while (I wear them all the time). They go with wide pants, skinny pants, skirts.

First of all, I love Jessica Simpson shoes. I have her ballet flats in every color. I wanted to spice things up a bit, so I bought them in red. They are beautiful and so comfortable. I have received many compliments, but then I always do when wearing her shoes. Plus, I love Zappos. Ordering from them is super easy and they ship really fast.
