The purse is good quality - but size is small. Maybe a wallet and a couple other small items. It fits nice as a cross body purse - just not that big in the pockets of the purse. Still love Zappos!

I am not quite as enamored with this bag as the other reviewers. The fabric strap cheapens the overall look of the bag. After only two wearings, the fabric strap is pilling and collecting fabric from my shirts, and one of the studs has fallen off already. The bag is a little smaller than I was hoping for (since I have a little one I need to carry a lot of stuff) but it does have several convenient pockets.

I got this bag, it looks nice, however, I think the canvas strap detracts from the really nice leather. The opening is a bit small, but overall it is a good every day bag. It certainly is a good price.

I bought the bag in teal, which is quite nice. The problem with the bag is it's a bit too soft for this particular style of handbag. It doesn't hold its shape when full of necessities.

I've had this bag for two years and for two years have been looking for its replacement. The structure and pocket allocation of the bag is nice and hard to beat. But the bag isn't leather. It's this weird leather-looking veneer laminated over a foamy canvas-type material. Over time the "leather" cracks and peels, revealing the fabric underneath. Also, the strap, while adjustable (awesome for switching between cross-body and under-shoulder bag), does not detach from the bag and cannot be laundered. This fabric picks up color easily from other items of clothing and stains permanently. I sincerely wish they would consider re-making this bag in real leather and making the strap detachable. It wouldn't take much.

I have been using this as my main purse for about six months. I am lazy at shopping for purses and switching them out. I was hopping that this would be large enough to fit a 7'' Fire Tablet, it does, but without being able to use the magnetite clasp. On the note of the magnetite clasp, it does not work; the magnet piece was only secured to the top flap, as for the other half it came detached from its location and now floats around the purse claiming my: Altoids, keys, and glasses case. Due to the magnet breaking away, my only guess as to how or why the lining of the inside is ripped up is from me fighting with the purse to give me my keys back. What I look for is large pocket for my: wallet, glasses case (?), mints, keys, water bottle if needed (usually not) and my tablet. This purse can fit it all with some finagling, but not my big HOBO wallet.

I wish I could write a good review for this bag. It truly is the best shape and size for me, it's super soft, and I love all the pockets. Unfortunately, within a month of buying it the inside seam of the small zipper pocket ripped. Now, less than a year in, every single pocket has at least one torn seam and some of the exterior stitching is unraveling. The craftsmanship is just lacking, especially for the price. I've had much cheaper bags hold up for much longer. Overall, I'm very disappointed in this purchase.
