I am so unhappy! The website made ordering easy. And the shoes (I ordered some cleats, also) came quickly. They fit perfectly. After this experience how does one not buy more shoes here?

Great looking shoes at a great price. He did have to go up a half size in these due to being a bit shorter in the length than expected. Overall a great shoe and love Zappos easy returns and fast shipping!

I ordered the exact shoe I was wearing. I have a narrow foot and find that Nike's generally fit well. I ordered Sunday and they were here Monday. I accidentally ordered the wrong size and the replacement arrived Tuesday. Awesome service!

They're not pretty, but they are very comfortable. I'm on my feet a lot and they keep me going all day. Also: I bought a pair in regular size that was too tight in the toes, so I bought the next 1/2 size up, but still too tight. I immediately called for a replacement in the smaller sz in the next width. Zappos emailed me a return label & shipped out the replacements immediately. Great customer service!

Sharp looking shoe. My husband usually wears Nike's when it comes to athletic shoes. He has always worn white. I talked him into these and he likes them a lot. The fit is perfect and look great.

Very nice fit and good looking shoe. I have a hard time finding the right fit and comfort. This shoe did it. I had it in white and wanted to try the black. Usually that does not work to my advantage. This time it did. they fit the same and are the same great quality. Great heel, I need this.

Very comfortable sneakers! Width and length were perfect. Walked and stood all day without a problem. The footbed/insole are cushy and absorb moisture. Would definitely purchase this sneaker again.

The shoe is fine, but I would like to comment on your service. Without a doubt your company has the best, quickest, system I have used! Most companies state that your order has been shipped but the delivery to my house is about 10 days later. In your case I ordered on Friday and it was here on Monday at no extra charge! Thank you

These are very comfortable shoes.I work on an automotive paint shop and need comfort and durability. These are the only shoes that will hold up to the abuse I put them through. All leather, no canvas top to tear a hole in after a week of wear. I even have a pair to wear to the gym. All around great pair of shoes.

Love, love, love!! I walk 3 miles every day and they are so comfortable. I would not buy any other shoe. No squeaks. Zappos are the best and their shipping is outstanding!

Product as described. I bought two pairs of this style in white for my husband. He loves the Air Monarch shoe. He asked me to get a pair in black. He is very pleased.

Big winner for big guys. Have ordered several pair of these Air Monarch IVs - in both colors. The full air sole is perfect for a big man like me (6'6" and 280 lbs). The support and cushioning are fantastic, helping to manage the pain from several sports-related ankle surgeries. Other Nike models without the full air sole just won't do, as they break down quickly.

I was going to purchase these shoes from Amazon, but they priced higher. Zappos gave me excellent service, the shoes fit perfectly, and came in 2 days as promised. These are the most comfortable Nike's I have ever worn, and that's over 40 years buying Nike exclusively. If you want a great shoe at a great price, and free delivery, buy Zappos!

Fast delivery! Seriously great service, great quality and do not forget the price! I found these shoes on another site and almost bought them, and I am glad that I did not, as they were more expensive! Great shoe but you have to know the secret! Shortly after getting these, they developed an extremely aggravating squeak with every step. Almost tossed them but found a solution online. Remove inserts from inside of shoe. These are lightly glued in so it may take a little effort. Then coat the inside with some kind of powder, I used baking soda because it's all I had. Put the inserts back in and the squeak is gone for good! These are extremely durable shoes and very comfortable. I walk 6-10 miles a day at work and they hold up great. I have been buying these for years. As long as you know the secret, you will be happy with these.

Great shoe that provides good support and very comfortable for walking long distances. The style is fashionable and current. Priced fair and good value for money spent.

I've been buying this model shoe for the past 15+ years. I'm on my feet all day, & struggle to find shoes that don't pain me after a few days, when new. This model has changed some over the years, & gotten cheaper in ways (like the sole). The current version seems to still be robust & comfy enough to last me several months without failing. Don't know why no one else currently has the grey/green color option. It looks nice without being loud.

I love Nike Air soles. They provide good support and are comfortable. Zappos is on of the few places where I can find them.

I walk three times per day due to type 2 diabetes. I have wide feet. These shoes are true to size and very comfortable. I bought multiple pairs to alternate with the walks. All are excellent in quality and last a long time.

Standard 4E Nike fit, perfect shoes, delivered quickly. Great all around workout shoe, not necessarily for running, though. Great experience with Zappos.
