Recently ordered these boots on March 8 with a watch and they both came today! I love Zappos; I find myself buying from them a lot. I got the grey boots, and I am glad I did for when I tried them on they look and felt really good. Not the cheap type of suede boots you would typically find at the mall. I loved how the grey doesn't look much of a grey...it looks like more of a taupe color which is even better! Thanks Zappos for the excellent service! I'm thinking of getting another color of this boot because I loved it so much. I also liked how the style of the suede boots look different than your typical suede boot...the Peter Pan style. The zipper gave it an edgy look and different vibe.

My first time ordering with Zappos. Very happy with the boots and fast shipping. I wear custom orthotics inside the boots so can not comment on the arch support.

Cute and comfortable. The zipper, while functional, is only decorative - so it's really a pull-on.

Love these boots! Saw them in a local store and price was a lot higher than Zappos. Very comfy, flattering on the leg. Have even worn in the rain a couple of times and they still look great.

These shoes are very comfortable and stylish! They are a good alternative to the overdone slouch style suede boots you see everywhere. The color is a little lighter than the picture and I would say it is more taupe than grey.

Great-looking/fitting boot! The grey is a beautiful taupe-grey that goes with almost everything. True to size and true to color. I was worried the double layer would look bulky, but in fact it's quite a sleek boot without being tight. If you want more bulk, you can always unzip it and it gives a wider look. I'm planning on getting these in another color, I love them so much. Very comfortable and casual, but without looking sloppy like come casual boots can look. I don't think you'll be disappointed in these boots.

I was a little hesitant to purchase boots online because I have wide width feet but I am happy I made the decision. They were a little snug to begin with but after a day of wearing them they stretched and are very comfortable. I also get many compliments on them. They are not tight in the calf area either.

I think I looked at every single pair of black boots on the internet, bought one pair and had it not work out, before I finally discovered the Criskros. These are amazing! The black suede is super luxurious, and although I am usually not a fan of pull-on design, these slide on easily over my jeans. They are super stylish and look like they cost about twice the price! So much better than leather or pleather. I thought the zipper detail might be weird, but it is ridiculously cute. Love!

Okay, so I love these boots. Got them in brown but wish I had also bought them in gray. Had a little trouble slipping the boots on at first where the shaft meets the foot box but all it took was a thin socks and I was back in business. It felt true to size and width. Got a half size bigger and would have returned for my true size if I were not a week from being deployed overseas. That's why I love Zappos. Every time I am about to go on a trip and need to order something quick, that's where I shop at.

I love this boot! They are perfect; the style is not as baggy as described! And it hasn't stained liked described! I ordered a size up, I would recommend if you have a wider foot; overall these boots are so great!

Love these boots! They are very comfortable and a great stylish, flat boot. Easy to slip on and off, which is a nice feature for a tall boot. I have also gotten several compliments on them. I got them in grey because I liked how the zipper blended in on the grey moreso than the other colors. The color is great and can pass for either grey or light brown.

I love my gray suede Criskros boots! Typically, I would order black (goes with everything), but I am so glad that I chose the gray. The color is a neutral taupe-ish gray, very rich looking. It is not a blue-ish gray, which can sometimes look cheap. Color is true to the shade as it appeared on my computer screen on the darker side. This style is between dressy and casual which is great for skinny jeans, leggings or tights and skirts. Just rec'd them, so I haven't walked a lot in them, but they are very comfortable and have a little bit of arch support. Shaft circumference is just right for my average-sized calves. Fit is true-to-size. Width may be slightly narrow, but so are my feet, so I didn't notice a problem. If your feet are wide, these might not work for you. I am so happy with them! Thank you Zappos!

I love these boots! They are very fashionable, you can dress them up or down. They are slightly loose on my calf, but I do have small calves. Overall, very comfortable and a great buy!

Needed a flat black suede boot. This fit the bill. Can only wear a thin sock with these. The zipper is a cool feature, that was the selling point for me.

I just received these boots and love them. They look very rich in the dark brown and fit true to size. I have walked miles in them and they are very comfortable. They really rock with my leggings and jeans tucked in. Love Zappos service and the entertaining way they show the items on their videos.

I love Steve Madden shoes and boots and this pair was no exception. Fit perfect, loved look. Only negative was shade of grey was more taupe than a bluish grey, which was what I was looking for. Color difference not enough to return, however.

Pretty cute, wearable boot. Suede is soft, comfortable enough to wear to work, where I stand 50% of the time. I have narrow feet but like to wear them with thick socks for warmth anyway. Go well with skirt or skinny pants. Quite thin sole makes me wonder how durable they'll be but first few wears have been good. Like gray color option.

I bought these for my daughter and she loves them. They look great with leggings and jeans, and are different enough that everyone is not wearing the same thing.
