Wore this dog sledding in the Yukon and was impressed by how well it worked in subzero temps. It was breathable but also super warm, especially with a thick hat on top (which also helped keep it in place).

Have worn this in several sub zero treks and overnight, it is fantastic. I like the way the eye area is designed, it lets you easily switch the way you're wearing it without stretching it too much. 10/10 Ninjas.

I used this to shield my face from the cold while climbing Mt Whitney. Fits perfect under a helmet, and will easily pull down to drink and eat.

Used mainly for skiing. Very warm, almost too warm. The only way this could be better is if they added some ventilation holes and maybe a cut out for the nose. Worth the price.

Just returned from a 6 day hunt for waterfowl on the Bering Sea off of St. Paul Island, Alaska (same place as Deadliest Catch boats dock). Conditions were brutal. Temps were in mid to high 20s and the balaclava was constantly soaked everyday due to crashing waves, salt spray, and 40-50 mph winds. It kept my face warm and most importantly dry no matter the abuse it took and how wet it got. The fit and comfort was great. They allowed me to be able to keep it up over my face while I shot and didn't hinder my use of the gun nor my line of sight to the target. Definitely glad I purchased them and will recommend them to anyone in the future taking this once in a lifetime trip to a very remote and austere environment.

I am often outdoors in the winter and this is my go to balaclava. It is warm and fits just right. Keeps the wind and the cold away from my face. When it is extra cold I usually add a toque on top and then am good to go. Great product to keep the cold away.

The Alpine Fleece Balaclava is warm and light in weight for my shoulder season backpacking trips. Its advantage over a more traditional wool or synthetic hat is that it stays on my head over-night while I'm sleeping.

This balaclava does its job well. Warm, comfortable, breathable and keeps wind, ice and snow off my face. I ride the PNW and it is great on those cold days. This replaces my old alpine fleece balaclava from 2011 so they last as well.

I use it everyday in the winter when I commute by bike and when I ski. It keeps me warm, unless there is a strong headwind on a ski lift, where it can be pushed into my face and get a little cold, but that's a small and rare issue. It's comfortable and keeps me warm 99% of the time. Recently while I was skiing it was heavily snowing and was extremely windy. It still did decently and kept me warm for the most part, although a small amount of snow got caked on to the neck area where it was exposed. Also, I've had it for 5+ years and it's held up strong despite daily use.

Wore it once. Got arrested, because the drip was to hard.

From November to March, I keep extra winter gear in each vehicle, so having a few of these is always a good idea.

Use this under my helmet skiing. The fit was snug but not too tight. It stays over the nose with minimal fogging.

The ninjaclava is perfect for any activity when it's cold out. I use it for skiing. Even when it becomes damp from breathing, the design makes it hard to tell while wearing it.
