I have had plantar fasciitis in both feet for years. These work better for me than any of the custom inserts I've had made and fit into almost any shoe. I also use the thicker version of this product, made for athletic shoes and I very happy with them too.

This is one of the best insoles in the market. I have tried many brands. I will be ordering another pair. The best future is being heated molded.

Very good, but very firm. Also squeaks a bit in shoe. The upside is that this being a thin insole made some snug shoes fit much better. But they are very hard. Comfortable, but hard.

These do not fit in ballet flats. They are quite hard so if the arch was poking my heel. The main problem is that they are really to bulky for a ballet flat or even a thin loafer. Might be good for another type of shoe, but the description says will work in flats.

I use these insoles in my casual shoes like sandals, or summer sneakers. If this insoles a little larger that the flats, you can cut them in teh toes area to fit in the shoes. This brand was recommended to me to treat my plantar fasciitis. I use Sole footbeds for more than a year. I can walk now and don't have foot pain.

These inserts have really helped me with plantar fasciitis. Much cheaper than orthotics and you can get them to fit the type you need with more rigid also available.

Love this product and I use them in my regular shoes fro everyday and use a different pair for tennis shoes or crosstrainer for working out.

In one word "Awesome." I've used many insoles in efforts to stabilize my heel so my arches don't collapse. These are by far the best insole around. Nice heel cup and arch support for this gal with high arches. Perforations for airflow really do make a difference, particularly in the summer temps.

This insert has been a godsend. I have been having feet issues for several months and the inserts I bought from my podiatrist and had used for years were no longer working for me. I tried many inserts to fnd one that will support my foot and relieve the pain. This was the best one. I even prefer this style to the cushioned ones that Sole makes, although I own them too and they are great.

I love these! They aren't cushion-y, but provide plenty of low profile support. I have really high arches and the fact that these mold to your feet is really helpful. I will definitely buy more in the future. They seem to be good quality, too.

I've tried other brands but these work! They molded to my feet. My right foot has never felt comfortable before. It was super fun putting them in the oven and then putting the warm insoles into my shoes. No two feet are the same! Thank you Zappos for carrying this brand! I just purchased 2 more pairs.

Great insole. I have wide feet and insoles are often too thick to work properly in my regular size shoes. These are not only thin, but very supportive and comfortable.

Great! Cured my Plantar fasciitis. I have medium arches and didn't need to mold them (can change shape with heat). I have them in older men's dress shoes that I considered getting rid of - but these make my shoes feel like $300 shoes. Consider insoles before new shoes is my advice. I tried many insoles and these are the best for a typical dress shoe. You need the soft leather-like tops are important when you wear dress shoes too because you feet will not slip around - which is an issue with most cheaper insoles. (If you have long pointed shoes, consider Ariat ATS Footbed Round Mens. These are the two top insoles for dress shoes in my opinion).

My dog ate the insoles out of my Merrells. I purchased these as replacements. Though a little pricey, they are a perfect fit. I put them in my shoes and went for a walk - very comfortable. Took a couple of wearings to really break them in. I would definitely recommend.

While these insoles may be fine for plantar fascitis, it is best to microwave them, then put them on, as recommended because the arch is too high.

These were perfect until I tried to heat mold them. I would not recommend this as they shriveled up in my oven.

I love the sole insoles. I don't own a car and walk everywhere and have them in every pair of sneakers I own. These are life-savers. That being said, these insoles are not what I expected. They are far too wide for a woman's casual shoe (flat) which is what I was hoping for. I ended up using them in a pair of boots, but I think the full insole would have fit in those fine so I'm not sure what the designed use for these insoles are yet.

This may no be the correct choice for all you folks with flat feet. The insoles started hurting my right foot, I guess my size is 10.5 W and the sizes available did not meet my requirement.

Too narrow for wide feet. My toes on both side of my foot are on the edges of the insert. The hard plastic edge cuts into my toes. Too uncomfortable to walk with.
