This is my second pair of Sole insoles. I use the slim in my cycling shoes and it solved serious hot spot issues on the ball of my foot. I was still feeling the hot spots in my NB runnning shoes that I wear daily. I replaced the stock insoles with these and I am as comfortable as I'll ever be. No more hot spots, and able to stand for 10+ hours. It's amazing that you can pay $100.00 or more for running shoes and the insoles are a strip of barely formed foam. Using these insoles adds 50% to the cost of my kicks, but it is worth it in my opinion. I do not heat mold these inserts; just insert and wear. Especially for cycling shoes because standing on the floor will not replicate your foot position once you're on the bike. Your feet may hurt a little until you get used to them, but the wait is worth it. I will factor buying a pair of Sole insoles into the purchase of any shoes I buy in the future. It definitely adds a chunk of change to the overall cost, but the increased comfort is worth it. I'm also buying them for any shoes I have that I wear regularly. I have used Spenco and Superfeet in the past and they do nothing in comparison. I'm stoked that I tried these out, because foot discomfort sucks!

The arch support begins too close to the heel causing bruising and pain. I suppose this varies with the shape of one person's foot to the next; however, it is important to note that one size does not fit all.

Got these for my cycleing shoes, but what i learned the heard way is that these are made for running. Since the arch of the solo is towards the back. My feet went numb when using them. Since when we cycle you are on the ball of your foot, you need an arch support that is a bit more forward then a running arch since the weight for running is mid to rear. I ended up using a cycling insert from Specialized. These might be good for running, but I don't run.

I bought this for my 12 year old son and he loves them. He uses them in soccer and since has stopped complaining about his heel. It maybe a snug fit, though.

Excellent aftermarket insoles for my road cycling shoes. I have medium to high arches and would get pain on the outer blade of my foot after several hours riding. I needed extra arch support but did not want to spend a few hundred dollars on custom orthotics. These fit the ticket are thin which is must for cycling shoes since stock insoles are also very thin. Does take a few rides to get used to the extra support and following the steps for custom molding in the oven was simple. I liked them so much I bought a second pair for my MTB shoes 2 weeks later.

Reading other reviews - found I needed a size larger than my shoe size. That moves the arch forward a bit and matched my foot. don't just take the one for your shoe size - try them out and find the one that matches your arch placement best. Then trim toe to fit if needed.

These are amazing supports. They are thin and they retain their support and shape for many years. Great product recommended by my Podiatrist.

These are great. My son has flat feet and has to wear insoles in all of his shoes. He plays competitive soccer and the shoes he likes to wear are really narrow. These are the only over the counter insoles with the right amount of support that will fit in the shoes. We have to cut them down just a bit but he loves them. No more foot and ankle pain.

This is the best insole that I have tried, and my job has me on my feet 12-13 hours a day. Be careful to watch them when warming them in the oven.

This is my favorite brand of insoles! They have just the right arch support for my high arches and I love the thinness of this style, leaving good room for my feet in the shoe. They last and last, I have had several pairs for many years. I try to keep an insole in each pair of shoes.

I really like these orthotics...I didn't want to keep switching my prescription orthotics around and these work just as as well in my opinion.

Perfect for indoor soccer shoes and low profile sports shoes. Worth the money. I bought them for my 13 year old son (wears size 11 shoe) as he complained the normal insoles made the shoes to small and hurt his feet...these were the perfect answer. Do be aware...you have to cut them to match the shoe size so save the old insole to use as a "pattern."

My son had Achilles tendonitis and was not moving around very well for a few months. When we tried the Sole Thin Sport in a pair of Nike Air Pegasus, we saw improvement immediately. He said they are very comfortable and they have helped him a lot. We purchased another pair to use in his baseball cleats.

Wonderful arch support. Thin insole does not take up much room in the shoe, which is wonderful when trying to eke our all the width and depth from your shoes. The thinness means there is not a lot of cushioning which has led to sore feet on extended hikes. I like this product enough to keep one pair in my ski boots and one pair in my shoes.

I purchased 7 different arch supports at the same time to test them all out and Sole was the winner. Best support, love that it's heat mold-able. I play roller derby and wear them in my Riedell 495 boots. I wear a size 6.5 shoe and 4.5 skate boot. It fits perfectly in all my shoes and I trimmed it a tiny bit to fit my skate. (Other arch supports I tried: Superfeet Green, Black, Yellow, Spenco Total Support, Max Insole and Thin Insole) Everyone's foot is different. I think all of these offer a money back guarantee if you're not happy. It's worth it to purchase and step into them to see if they're even a good fit. If it is try it out for the 60 or 90 day guarantee and see if it works for you!

I've used Sole orthotic supports for at least ten years. They give great arch support! I like the customized molding to the foot. The thin sport insert is nice because it takes up very little foot space inside the shoe. It would be worth your time to try them.
