I really like the boots, but previous reviews were correct -- they run much smaller than true size. I returned the first pair I received and ordered a full size larger than usual, and they fit fine. Definitely order up one size!

First thing I noticed is how light these boots are. They're comfortable and they fit really well. I had some reservations about the lace style, but I like it a lot. It's the perfect balance of a slip on and lace up. They've kept my feet warm in the few 10 degree days we've had in Chicago. I'd recommend them.

These boots are snow boots. They can be worn everyday but the fit and feel of them is a snow boot. I like the style and the look, my wife thinks they are goofy. There is no arch support and the shaft on the back takes some getting used to as it is stiff and high. The traction is great as is the lacing system. These are really warm. Baffin makes great boots.

Excellent boot. Comfortable and keeps your feet warm. Still working through a little play in the heel, but so far the best winter boot I've owned. Order up for 1/2 size.

Can't believe a 12 was too small. I normally take an 11 - 11.5. This boot was too wide yet my toes hit. I also didn't like the lacing.

I got the boot and I really liked it at first. It is very comfortable so I walked around outside with it because I thought I was going to keep it. When I came back in I noticed the tag was still on it attached to the part that holds the laces to the boot. I barely gave it a tug and the bracket pulled right out this boot is junk.

My son loves these boots. They are easy to slip on and off as the sides are firm. Super warm, perfect for deep snow play, building forts all day, sledding, walking dog in woods. Very durable.

These are great boots but I had to return them because they ran small. I should have listened to the other reviewers. The other thing to note is that they are a bit bulkier than expected. They are bigger than the other boots in this class.

Nice looking boot. The lacing system worked just fine. I have not been able to test them in the -7 degree weather we have today because after reading a lot of the reviews I ordered a size up. There was an overwhelming majority of reviews that said these run small but in my experience I would say they run true to size. I ordered a 14 when I normally wear a 13 and when I put the 14 on they were so big my foot rattled around in them. Of course zappos customer service is amazing and my 13's should be at my door when I get home.

Very comfortable and warm. No issues in rain or standing in puddled water. Considerable light for the design of boot. Regularly work between 10-20 shifts with minimum foot fatigue. I normally wear 8-8.5, purchased a size 9 and am very content with the fit. Definitely will buy again.

My husband picked these out, and loves them. They are warm, comfortable, and easy to get on and off. We spent our first snowfall at the local disc golf course and they held up great.

I've never had this boot before! This boot is the best boot I've ever owned, I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a true snow boot. I'm willing to put this against Sorel any day of the week. I will buy this boot in the future and I will buy these for my entire family.

Great boot and, as always great service! I'd say about 10 degree Fahrenheit for an accurate rating. They are pretty chilly at 0 degrees. Size was perfect for me.

I don't review often, but these boots are bad booty! The lacing system could be improved on, but it's better than normal. The traction sticks like glue. My feet stay warm, but they are a bit bulky for driving.

This is a nice boot. Order 1 full size up. I wear a 11.5, and needed a 13 in this boot. Not much arch support. Other than that, I like it. DO NOT order from Baffin directly. Order from Zappos. Baffin's customer service is absolutely HORRIBLE. Prices are about 20% higher ordering direct, it takes longer to ship, the tracking number they give you doesn't work, and they DO NOT allow refunds, only exchanges for something else. Whoever they have up there that answers customer service calls also isn't the most friendly person the world either. Love Baffin boots, but they have a LONG way to go in customer support. Always use Zappos.

Way too small...based on the comments here I ordered up a size (I'm a 12 and ordered a 13)...came in and looked really nice but the 13 was too small...no size 14 in stock so, on to something else.

Baffin does not have replacement laces so if you strip the lace and it breaks which is easy to do, due to the design, you are on your to redesign the lace system yourself because their customer service will not help. People's reviews of these boots are kind and too generous, Baffin not so much.
