I have been wearing Clark's Sugar Sky style almost daily for the past year and had to replace them. My size was not available, so tried this style instead. That did not work. The Mika Sue is cut high, so it rubbed against my ankle bone both inside and outside, so it is not comfortable. Also, the heel was hard, so it clicked on the floor. The previous style had a softer silent heel.

Most comfortable stylish shoe I've ever owned! And I love Zappos. They have earned a customer for life. Never have I experienced such customer service. Except at Disney world. Ha! I say a half size smaller since I usually buy 8s. I think this one was an 8.5. And I have a super high arch, or I would have rated excellent arch support. It is difficult for me to find shoes that can fill my arch.

I love these shoes! After buying & returning many pairs, I have found that Clarks shoes rock! I have a heel spur in my (L) heel, and Morton's Neuroma in my (R), so finding shoes...comfortable shoes...is extremely difficult. Clarks shoes & boots are awesome; they are well padded and, as a bonus, are extremely stylish!

I have a narrow foot and generally wear a 7N. The 7N felt like it was a 6.5 and too tight. In this shoe style I opted for the 7 Medium. My only complaint is the top of the back of the shoe hits my ankles. It isn't so noticeable when I wear slightly thicker socks. They look cute with jeans.

Beautifully made and a classy style. I did need to go up a half size as they have more of a rounded toe. The 9.5 W felt tight so I just sized up to the 10 W. Nice heel height and a "shootie" that can be worn all year.

Theses were exactly what I expected. Clarks have never failed to please. They are comfortable to walk in and I love the heel size.

I love these shoes3 I couldn't find them in the mall or stores anywhere, but Zappos had them! I bought 2 pairs, similar with different heel height. So stylish & comfortable!

Classic and comfortable - The first time I wore these shoe was for a retirement party with a lot of time on my feet. Right from the beginning they were comfortable. The classic design allows them to be a blend and match with jeans or long wool plaid skirts or short leg showing skirts. Great shoes that are comfortable.

As I get older I find it harder and harder to wear shoes with heels all day at work. These shoes are so comfortable, and look dressy enough for work, but also look great with jeans. Worth every penny, I will definitely buy Clarks shoes again.

Yay! Cute and narrow! Often I find once you get shoes in my size (10N) shoes look ugly and boring. Yes, I have long feet, but I love it when shoes don't make me look extra big-footed. The detailing across the shoe is just right. These shoes are astonishingly comfortable! The narrow is narrower than most narrows, but it works for me (without socks, only tights or barefoot). Thanks Clarks!

I love all the Clarks shoes and boots that I have. They are the most comfortable heels I've ever worn. They look great and feel great and are well made of high quality materials.

I love these shoes. I had tried them on in a Clarks store but decided to try Zappos. They were less expensive, came in two days, and in great condition. I liked the shoes and the service so much, I ordered them in black!

Very cute and comfy. Nice with slacks, not sure it would work with skirts. Clarks always are short in the toebox and narrow to me. Had to go up 1/2 size. Hoping they stretch a little. Zappos customer service great as always.

This is an attractive shoe that you rarely find offered in a wide width! As I have found with other Clark products, the comfort and quality is exceptional and worth the price!

Now these are cute and comfy! Heel isn't too high, the footbed is cushy and it's the normal width I expect in a Clarks shoe. The heel is wide, but it's okay because of the high cut on the foot! Nice little boot with jeans or dress pants! Real leather and looks it! Not bad to wear all day either!

I love that people with narrow feet can buy shoes from Zappos! It can be such a hassle to shop for shoes. These shoes are, style-wise, a cut above my usual schoolteacher pumps, and pretty darn comfortable, considering I have very high arches and wear orthotics in my running shoes.

I hate heels, but these are easy to walk in and quite comfortable. Wide width is great. I would buy them in another color if they came in something else besides black.

I tried on and bought these at a Clarks retail store, and they were so comfortable that I did not want to take them off. I usually wear a 9W, but the store only carried medium widths. I ended up purchasing a 9-1\/2M and it fit me just right. The sole is flexible and is made of rubber for a secure footing.

I have the Clarks Mika Jane, and find them surprisingly comfortable and well-fitting despite the heel. So I had high hopes for the Mika Sue, but found these to be much less comfortable, especially in the toe box. I have a narrow heel but wider forefoot and these did not work at all for me. Despite this they are very nice looking shoes.

Could not get my size locally, but found the shoe on Zappos and it was on sale. I was very pleased with the ease of ordering and free shipping that sent me the shoes immediately. I will count on Zappos in the future.

They are comfortable for that height. My right foot is wider and bigger than the left one. So, it feels a little bit squeezed on that side.

Great booties! Looks awesome and comfortable. They took a couple of wears to break in but are really comfortable now. I love how they look under jeans - I have the brown ones. Wore them walking all over Seattle last week. My new favorite shoe!

Comfortable, good looking shoe. I usually wear an 8, but got an 8.5 in this shoe and it fits well. No complaints!
