I ordered these in brown, the box said brown, but the shoes are actually black. I love the fit so am not returning them.

I bought these shoes in both the brown and the black in a 10N and love them both. They are great for wearing with pants to work and required no 'breaking in' period. Sometimes Clarks narrow widths are too wide for me but these were great. Would highly recommend for a work shoe.

This shoe felt great right from the box. The strap and buckle really do make it fit more securely. It looks good with pants, rather like you're wearing boots. It fit my high arches just fine.

I was looking for a classy shoe. One that was casual but would still 'dress up' my jeans. This shoe is perfect for that. It was comfortable from the very start, no breaking in. It looks smart with jeans and of course wears well with pants. It is true to size and width with good arch support. The real buckle is awesome as I could tighten it for my very narrow foot. Then on a very cold night I was able to loosen it to accommodate an extra pair of socks! Great shoe! I love the wonderful staff at Zappos!

These shoes are very comfortable and have extra style versus a plain loafer. I really like the toe shape, does not squeeze my foot.

This is one of those rare shoes you slip on and fall in love with immediately. I'm flat-footed and clutzy, so the 2 inch heel scared me frankly, but it's a breeze to walk in and pretty comfy overall. I did find the left shoe to be a little tight, but the buckle does help you adjust and also they probably do need some breaking in. Day 1, right out of the box, you'll find these winners.

The Berwick Ave is stylish, and adjustable strap allows for a better fit. They're very comfortable.

Love these shoes! I had previously purchased a black pair at my local Clarks store and found them to be so comfortable I decided I needed a brown pair as well. I stand on my feet all day long and at the end of the day my feet don't hurt at all! Very comfortable, and true to size.

These are very attractive and comfortable right out of the box. Finding cute shoes with a lower heel is something I look for and these have both.

This shoe is very comfortable to walk in due to the wide heel base. The style is classy and professional. I bought this mainly to wear with work pants and jeans. This shoe is much more stylish in person than online, I am very happy with this shoe purchase.

Really happy with this very comfortable dress shoe. Fits a little too snug with a real sock, but seems to be breaking in. Those with wide feet may find this shoe too narrow. Sole is very flexible and it's all around a very comfortable shoe with no break-in period required. Have been wearing all day right out of the box and am very happy. Would buy again, may buy in brown.

Clarks Berwick Avenue shoes were the most comfortable shoes! I have narrow feet and Clarks have been the most comfortable, well-fitting shoes with extra padding on the bottom - its own comfy insole. They are also very true to size with a generous toe box.

I love this shoe! It looks great. Can be dressed up or down (perfect for work!) And, most importantly, they felt great on my feet as soon as I put them on. So hard to find shoes that feel good and are supportive but don't look like clodhoppers. I usually wear 9 1/2, but suspected (correctly) I would need just a 9 in this. The 9 fits just right. I got them in black and think I better get the brown, too, since I'm so pleased.

These shoes are so comfortable! Not only comfortable but look good too. Great with jeans or pants.

These are the most comfortable shoes I've had in a long while. I have a double wide foot with a high arch. I got these in an 8 1/2 D, even though I'm usually a 8ww. They are so comfortable from the moment I put them on. I do wish they were just slightly wider because if I wear them the entire day, they just feel the littlest bit tight, but since most shoes leave me in pain, I'll deal with a little bit tight.

I bought these in brown and I like them so much I'm going to buy them in black too. These shoes look great with pants and jeans. Like all of my Clark's shoes, these are really comfortable.

I was more impressed with the picture than the actual shoe itself. I have a very wide in-step and these did fit appropriately with the exception of the heel. The heel area seems to be short and has a tendency to roll just at the top. I also expected them to be a bit more comfortable but I'd have to say they were only average.

Cute shoe but not my favorite Clarks. The shoe seems stiff to me and hard, so not very comfortable.

Tried a few sizes and widths, but my heels slip out the back. Might not be the best look for wide feet. The styling at the instep made my feet look wider.

Sorry, but ugly. Even if they were men's shoes. Would be comfortable but heel loose on wide shoe.
