I don't understand the reviews here about this shoe fitting baby's chunky feet. I haven't purchased Pedipeds before so maybe I'm off about their sizing but I went by their size chart and it was a full size off. I couldn't even put my little guy's foot into this shoe. He doesn't have chunky feet either.

Cutest shoes ever. Great construction, great quality. But they do not, I repeat do not fit chunky baby feet! So many people say they do, which is why I bought them. This is the 3rd pair of Pedipeds I purchased for my son, none of which fit his wide feet. He cried when I put them on, sat down and tried with all his might to get them off. When I did take them off, he had red marks all over his little chunky feet. He was very relieved though!

These are the second pair of shoes I've bought for my son. They're super cute and so far have held up really well. I wish they were a little more comfy without socks on as it would be nice to just be able to slip them on quickly over bare feet. Overall though they're fantastic!

Nice shoe for a new walker - structured but flexible. Very easy for my son to walk around in. I would recommend.

The tongue is a little stiff on these, but with socks they don't seem to bother my son at all. I get lots of compliments on them and my son seems to like them!

Good shoe, my only complaint is that it left a mark on my son's ankle and scabbed over because of the tongue on the shoe.

Bought the leather version of these for my 20 month old... I was a little worried at first because I really had to shove his feet into them so I just had him wear them around the house a little at a time and they loosened up. We still have to open the shoes up all the way to get his feet in but they are his favorite pair.

Ordered these adorable shoes, but my 12 month old son did not like them. As soon as I put them on he started walking funny as if he was uncomfortable. I think they were a bit stiff. I purchased them based on other reviews. I guess my son just didn't like them. They looked cute and was sad to have to return them. Hopefully someone else can enjoy them.

These run SUPER narrow. If your kid has a narrow foot then you found the perfect shoe! If you kid is like most toddlers and has a chubby, wide foot then look elsewhere. Also, don't get your hopes up like I did and go looking around for a wide width - the brand doesn't make widths.

These are the stiffest pedipeds we've had. Way too stiff for a 20 month old. Our son starting walking at 10 months and we used the pediped originals. Wanted something with more of a sole now that he's biking and doing more. Also the originals get wet in the mornings from all the dew and I have to let them dry. So wanted something a little more water resistant. We have them in the light brown color and my son walks funny when they're on. He tries to take them off, which is odd because he loves shoes. First pair of pediped's we've been unhappy with. Our daughter 4 has always worn pediped and now wears the flex ones. Hers are more flexible than these. I would've expected the grip n go series to have as much if not more flexibility than the flex series. Maybe this style is just stiff. Style: please don't put white on a kids shoe. Laces, trim, velcro strap, stitching. If a parent is buying a dark colored shoe it's so it can get dirty and still look nice. White gets dirty the first time you wear it. The white laces on this are a bummer. Along with some of the white stitching. These also seem narrow at the ankle.

we usually buy only pediped but will ocassionally use robeez too
