Awesome! Love this shoe! Looks great, feels good, and can feel it working.

I bought these shoes because I wanted to try a "barefoot" approach to running, but still wanted as much cushioning as possible. I have problems with my lower back, and as a result, have had trouble running in the typical running shoe. Pros: These shoes actually feel great! They have an extremely cushioned sole, and the shape prevents a hard impact strike directly on the heel (supposed to mimic barefoot running). With that said, the unique sole does take getting used to. It does not support your foot the way a normal shoe does. It allows for easy roll both front-to-rear and side-to-side. I believe this lack of rigid support is one of the things that's supposed to provide more resistance during workouts. In my case, I find that my legs feel less sore than they would running in typical shoes. The cons: The shoe is heavy for a running shoe - the price you pay for more cushioning. I really didn't notice the weight while running, but I'm sure it has an effect. Also, Skechers needs to remove the plastic-feeling material from the tongue. It makes the tongue too rigid, which makes it less comfortable than it could be.

Good shoes for flat feet. Helps you pronate outward instead of inward, which is what a flat foot needs. Has relieved my back pain after only three days. They take time to get used to, so if you have flat feet, be patient, wear them a few hours per day, extending your wearing time as tolerated.

These may look odd and you might take a few jokes from people but they are running shoes and don't really need to be stylish if you are only running in them. I've only ever used Pumas and love them; however, I am a little on the heavy side for a distance runner (about 6'1" 200 pounds) and after 10+ years of it my knees have been all but shot. Running is my main workout and I didn't really want to give it up which is what brought me to this shoe. Now, I've only been able to run a handful of times since buying them but the pain that I've grown accustomed to has been reduced a ton. Also, you know that feeling in your muscles after a heavy weight workout? Like how you are sore but it feels good because you know it's from the workout. Well, that's how your calves and thighs feel after a couple miles in these shoes.

Very nice shoe for cross-training. Better on the Elliptical than the regular walking Shape-ups. Seems to run small, though. I normally wear a women's 10, but in this, I wear a men's size 9.5! I would like a more rounded toe.

These have got to be the ugliest shoes ever made. Note, the tread is bright blue, not gray as shown in the pictures. They are, however, quite comfy.

I love the cushioning in these shoes. I often get back spasms when I run due to a lack of cushioning from other shoes, even when using an after market insoles, which I always do. The Resistor not only looks really cool but feels great. I felt very unstable going around a corner on the sidewalk when the sprinklers were on, so I do not think using these in the rain would be advisable. I also wish they came with more reflective material for night running, but I just added strips of SOLAS reflective tape to high profile areas of the shoes and problem solved. I am a 190 pound runner so shoes like the Brooks beast and Asics Evolution are shoes that I would need for my body type (motion control+). I do not feel like I am running in the sand with these shoes. Aside from the rounded bottom, they feel normal to me.

Bought the Skechers SRR because I have heel spurs that cause Achilles tendinitis. I was an active triathlete for many years but the past five years I have not been able to run without heel pain. I have tried many different running shoes and custom insoles, but nothing stopped the heel pain. So far the Skechers have worked great, I still have some minor pain but am able to run two or three times a week. I highly recommend this shoe to anyone suffering from Achilles tendinitis or plantar fasciitis.

Great looking shoe and extremely comfortable. Lots of cushion when running.

These shoes are awesome! Like walking on pillows while strengthening your calves at the same time.

Best shoes I ever owned and wore. The two main reasons their number one comfort is unsurprised. The second reason is they are very cool looking.

Despite my earlier "just out of the box" review, I now really love these shoes. Yes, they feel a bit tighter than my previous Black/Gray leather SRR's but nothing serious, and the "arc" is more pronounced on this pair than my previous, but all in all a great pair of shoes at an excellent price (got them when they were on sale) and super fast shipping from Zappos...you guys rock.

Feels slightly more rigid than my Black/Gray Leather SRR's (on this pair). The gray bottom portion is so light and bright, it looks like silver. Still debating whether to keep them (after all I got such a great price and fantastic shipping, I'd feel guilty returning them).

Love the shoes, work on my feet all day and these SRR are by far the most comfortable shoes I have had. And Zappos experience was very pleasant. Great customer service.

These are great shoes, after 25 years of running I will say that the Skecher resister is the most comfortable shoe I have ever put on.

Awesome. Did exactly as advertised. I just run to lose some weight. The runs before these were regular with me losing some X amount of energy and being X comfortable when running. After this, same time and same calories being displayed on treadmill, but 2-3 times more comfortable and felt a lot more tired later on and it felt awesome and worth it. I would def recommend it!

I have been wearing Skechers Shape Ups for little over a year now. I just intermingled the SRR's. I am also 65 years old and run a few days a week. The SRR's make me step faster than the original Shape Ups. I now started to wear the SRR's for work. I am a Luxury Motor Home Salesman.

My Skechers Shape Ups are the best. Whenever I wear them, I feel the muscles in my legs getting a work out almost like walking with weights. They really do give an intense work out.

These shoes rock. I have pansy feet and these shoes let me stand for hours without the pansy feeling coming too early. Run, don't walk to buy!

I am 60 plus years and running for the past twenty years. I only run 15 to 20 miles a week. I always buy my running shoe 1/2 size larger than a street shoe and these are a good fit with the 1/2 size larger than my street shoe. I thought I would never find a replacement for the Osweego but finally I have. I am a heavy runner, 220 pounds with a high arch and under pronate. Not only is this a great running shoe it is a great everyday shoe.

These sneakers were comfortable from the moment I put them on. I really don't want to take them off! Definitely felt it in my abs, hamstrings and glutes the next day. Can't wait to wear them outside when the snow clears.

This is one of the most comfortable shoes I've ever tried on. It feels like you are walking on air or floating, no pressure at all on the heel. They look great and perfect for someone who is an athlete. I'm surely going to buy another pair soon.
