I wear them for work and they are so comfortable. I am currently pregnant and wanted a comfortable shoe that was easy to put on and take off. I wear a 7.5 and ordered a 7 which fits perfectly. They also look super cute!

I wear these crocs to work and I need a good pair of shoes to get me through the long day on my feet. I replaced my older pair and so I am just buying the Alice Work Flat again...and will again...and again. I love my crocs.

Very comfortable and I can use them for work since they look dressy enough with most of my outfits.

I love the sole style, especially the strap that goes over the front of the foot that makes them look like Mary Jane's. What I dont care for is the heel that makes me feel willy. If the heel was flat, I would love them more.

These crocs are remarkably comfortable. I owned the identical pair for several years, wearing them constantly, before my dog decided to use one as a chew toy. When I saw the same pair for sale again on the Crocs website, I bought them again. The shoes are quite comfortable and well cushioned and I can walk in them for hours. I like the fact that I can rinse them off as I live by the beach. The shoes are easy to slip on and off. I wear these shoes every day and love them!

Great shoe, perfect grip. Awesome for work as a hair stylist while still looking very cute. First wear was a bit stiff on the top of my foot - I felt some initial discomfort there after a few hours being in them but they broke in after the second day and are very comfortable for standing in several hours at a time. Would buy again :)

I need a wide a toe box and flat bottom, this shoe hits all the marks. Can be work casually and professionally at the health clinic where I work. I wear them with dresses, skirts, jeans, pants, and comfy clothes. Would be great if I good them in brown and blue as well.

So I've never bought Crocs of ANY kind, but I noticed they had a section of work shoes on their website. I saw the Alice flats and I was in love. I've always loved "Mary Jane" style shoes, but haven't found very good ones in adult sizes. Since I am starting hospital rotations this semester, I decided that I needed to get cute work shoes that were practical for wearing all day and walking around the hospital. These are perfect for that. The only downside is that I have wide feet... I usually wear 7.5/W for dressy shoes/flats and 8 in sneakers. I ended up getting these Crocs in a size 8. My pinky toes were kinda sore after wearing all day, but I figure that that might just be part of the "breaking in" progress. Hopefully they will feel more comfortable after a few more wears. I guess another possible downside is that there's still the little "Crocs" logo on the shoe, so it might not appear super "professional," but I think they're still a good business casual shoe.
