I don't like it at all. It's all rubber and makes my feet sweaty. A disappointment

The length and width were fine, but the placement of the heel made it impossible to wear.

SO disappointed, I wanted desperately to love these shoes. First pair arrived and when I walked, the left shoe sounded like I was stepping on a suction cup. Called customer support, who very nicely sent out a second pair. They're worse than the first. Both shoes make horrible squeaking noises when I walk. Too annoying to even wear around the house. Would never wear in public.

I bought these to wear at work. They leave my feet in so much pain at the end of my shift that they throb and I can barley walk. Will not buy again.

DON'T buy these if you work in retail, restuarant, hospital or any job that requires standing for long periods of time. Horrible support.
I wore them once for a 6hour shift.
I work in retail so I'm on my feet a lot. These shoes don't have enough support to be comfortable. I knew the shoe was narrow, so I wore them without socks and some powder to keep them from sticking to my feet. NOT THE BEST IDEA.
4hours into my shift I had blisters and had to sit for a bit. My arches were in pain too. I tried to wear them again with socks thinking it would help, but the shoe was still uncomfortable. Almost impossible to wear with socks.
I wear a size 11.
Crocs makes nice durable shoes...but this cute shoe...isn't meant for work. Unless you sit in a chair all day. If that's the case, why are they slip resistant??

Caused horrible blisters and foot would slip out of shoe. Not enough foot support for Food service industry. I really wish this shoe worked out. Still on the hunt for no slip good shoes.

I work in retail and walk on concrete. I have hard surface floors at home. I wear other crocs that do not make my feet hurt like these do. Not sure how they can call this a work shoe. Perhaps for people who sit at a desk? They are NOT suitable for walking on concrete or hard floors for 8 hours straight. I can not put them on at the beginning of the day and forget about them. My feet start hurting after wearing/ walking in them for 2 hours. I do not recommend them at all and truly regret spending money on them.

For some reason this particular pair of shoes hurt my foot, along the toe area. I can wear them once a month, for a few hours. I can't wear them, two days, in a row, because of the pain to the right foot. I have never had this happen before. However, they are really cute. I love the way they look, I just can't wear them as much as I intended.

Initially, when I tried these on right after getting them in the mail, they seemed great but when I actually went to wear them out and around to go shopping I found them fairly uncomfortable and could not wait to get home and take them off, unlike all my other Crocs. I bought these as I needed something a bit dressier and they have the non-skid sole which is very important to me but I felt wobbly in them as the heel is very narrow and the vamp cut into the tops of my feet. I'm not sure if I'll wear them again.

I usually buy the Women's Kadee work flats and have been buying them for years. But since Crocs do not come in half-sizes I have to buy the Size 9 Kadee and must wear socks to keep the back of the Kadee from popping off. When I saw the Alice work flat with the strap, I thought it would be ideal. But something about the way the heel is tacked on to the Alice work flat makes it feel as if the heels are crooked and likely to cause a misstep or accident. I hated them by the time I walked from my family room to my car in the garage. They would be so much better if the heels were molded like the heels on the Kadee work flat.

I have two pair of "Mary Jane" flats that have the signature croc holes in them. I lost my black pair and wanted to get another pair just like them BUT I can't find them. They are really loose fitting but not quite as bulky looking as the original Crocs. I sent this pair back as I have others like them that are tight fitting on my foot.

I bartend so I thought these non slip crocs would be great work shoes, but now I'm limping. It feels like my ankles are fractured. I wore them for four shifts and now I'm in so much pain. Idk if it's the hard shoe itself or the support, but something caused this and I'm pretty sure it was these shoes.

Do not not not like this shoe. Super cute but their is no center support so it feels like your foot is dropping when you step. Going back.
