The Alice Work flats have been one of the best purchases for my feet ever. I work in a setting that requires business casual dress but with an activity level and style that is far better suited to tennis shoes, with hours that occasionally break the 14hr mark. My feet never hurt at the end of the day wearing these shoes, an amazing feat given my history of arch pain and I have been wearing them and other 'dress' shoes for 7 months now. These shoes are durable, with great grip (even on wet linoleum) and are cute enough to derive compliments in a business casual setting. The grip is a little difficult to clean out at times if you are exposed to small gravel and leaf bits, however, a quick trip through the dishwasher on the *top* drawer on low heat drying results in clean crocs and undoes some of the stretch of my excessive wearing habits.

Work being the imperative word on this shoe. I bought the Expresso Alice and wear them with my jeans, skirts, leggings and dresses - at home, work, and play. I have a reputation of beating my shoes up and these beauties can take it and still come out looking great. I live in the wet of the Northwest and with the seamless design don't have issues of seepage into the shoebed and on my feet. They feel feminine yet tough and versatile. Will be buying these in black soon AND hope they keep these as part of their stock for a long time.

I was worried about ordering shoes online. I don't usually like ballet flat looking shoes on, but I liked the price of these and I thought they might work for me. They look great, feel great and were cheap! What a great combo. They look professional enough for work. My job normally won't allow Crocs because they think they look unprofessional. They never say anything to me because all of mine are not what you typically think of when you think of Crocs. I will be buying more of these shoes when they wear out.

I have these shoes in black and I am now going to get the brown. I am so thrilled they come in brown, CROCS does not have a lot of brown shoes. They are really comfortable. I have wide feet and I wear these if I have to be on my feet. I wish they came in Navy too.

The sole is an actual rubber sole like a real shoe (unlike the other crocs, probably because of it being a work shoe), making it more durable

Next size up was too big this size was too small. Disappointed as I loved the shoes.

Thought I would really love these, but had to remove the strap across the top because it was too tight. Once the strap was gone shoes were much more comfortable. I miss the look without the strap, but still like the shoes. These are my go to black flats.

. . . It was available in more colors. I have very narrow feet and the Alice is the only Croc that can stay on my feet, with extra insoles.

Love this shoe! I am a teacher and I must have a closed toe and closed heal. These are great because the other similar styles are too narrow for me and when I size up the heel slips, but not with these. The shoes feel secure but not tight. More colors please.

Really like the shoe. The place under the toe could be placed a little farther back... but otherwise comfortable.

Looks good and good fit - a bit hot - no ventilation

Exactly what I was looking for. I work in a restaurant in a beach community with sand dining. These are comfy, lightweight and rinse right off. I do have one toenail that gets a bit squished still and at first I had some rubbing on the top of my feet but that seems to have stretched out, it's probably more due to the shape of my feet.

The 'Alice Work Flat' are comfortable in that they don't smush up your toes like most other ballet flats would. Only this is they don't have as much squishy padding that Crocs typically do. Because there are small bumps inside the actual shoe, it can grind on the bottom of the foot sole, thereby not letting me go on long walks while looking stylish. I would say please rebuild them to add more layer of the squish factor.

I like the way it fit and the comfort, you just have to break them in, it's a little stiff at first.

Comfy, good grip but the band is a bit too tight side. Or maybe the shoe is too narrow?

On some reviews I read the size maybe small so I ordered a 9 but definitely in the future will size down to an 8. So I'd recommend true to size. Because they are a size too large as my foot sweats they get slippery inside. However after a week of daily wear at work inside and outside of the building the shoes and soles look brand new. Over all I'm satisfied. Just too lazy to mess with an exchange. They seem durable. As I expected. I have my first pair of Crocs still that I got in middle school around 15 years ago? I've never worn a pair out despite living in them during the summer. Though I have lost one pair to a dahshund going through a teething phase. I'm sure I'll love these larger ones especially during winter with socks.

I have six pair of Kadee flats in different colors, and love them, so I decided to try additional styles, I ordered these Alice Mary Jane style, and they're cute, fit well, and are versatile. However, because there are no cut outs on the side or top, there isn't the air flow that is present with the Kadee style, and my feet sweat.

Can pinch a little, maybe get a size larger, but nothing but compliments and the non-slip is wonderful!

I actually have them on right now at work. They tend to run larger than all my other Crocs. Slip a little unless I have thick socks on. Other than that, I do love them!

I like these shoes. They came quickly and looked just like the picture but they are a little big. I will need to wear socks with them all the time but they will work for what I was wanting them for.
