Super cute and super comfy! I tested these out for working a trade show and they were amazing! Not to mention I could walk around and not be nervous of slipping or falling. Great buy!

These are really cute and super comfortable. I exchanged them for a smaller size, and I am overall very pleased with them.

Very comfy, but run big. I usually wear an 8.5 but can sometimes rock a 9, and since Crocs only comes in whole sizes, I bumped up to a 9 here - really too loose. They are way cute though, so I am ordering them in an 8!

Originally bought these in a size 9 for my mother (her normal size), who is in a nursing home. Those were too big and had to be returned, but unfortunately I didn't do a review. These are replacements, in a size 8. One foot fit her well. For some reason, the other didn't - most likely a foot problem (she has several) not the shoe. So they have to go back. Sad, because they look so nice. But thanks, Zappos, for making returns so easy!

I normally wear a size 12, but these fit okay in an 11...not perfectly, but good enough. I don't care for the nubs inside, and frankly don't understand the point. After wearing them all day outside working in the yard, your feet get sore from those annoying little things. All in all, they are comfortable and functional, which is all I was after.

I also had to return these because they were too big. I would have walked right out of them. I have requested notification when the next smaller size is available.

Very very cute shoes. Comfortable and slip-proof. Only complaint is when hot out my feet sweat a lot!

Very comfortable and cute shoe! My only complaint is that it was too big (never thought that'd happen) for my size 10 feet.

These show a little toe cleavage, and I wish the bar under the toes was not there, it's not in the right spot for me, but it doesn't bug me too much. besides that, I think they're really cute and somewhat comfortable (compared to ballet flats). I like them! Note, I read somewhere that you could shrink and/or stretch Crocs out by warming them up in the dryer and then putting them on while they're hot so they mold to your foot. I recommend you don't try that with this style! it shrunk the toe box so much, they show way too much toe cleavage. when I tried to stretch them back to the original size, they looked warped and weird. I ruined my first pair that way, but I like these so much, I bought a replacement pair! One more tip, when I wear these barefoot, I put in a pair of really thin inserts (such as Dr. Scholl's odor destroyers), and my feet stay dry.

I really like these shoes. I can wear them around the school all day. However, they got a little wet one day and I was slipping around all day in them.

I was looking for some black flats for work and came across these Crocs Alice Work shoes and I love them. They are comfortable shoes with good traction on the bottom. I have even gotten a lot of compliments from fellow co workers on these. A pretty good black flat.

Really comfortable! Not so breathable. A bit squeaky when walking. I got them because I have a bunion, and they are great for that (no rubbing, etc.). Had to order a whole size down.

I can't believe I bought Crocs! As one would expect, these make your feet nice and sweaty. However, I was looking for something comfortable and durable to wear to work and these fit the bill. I'm tired of flats that fall off my feet or look cheap and tacky after only a few weeks. These are a great solution. I normally wear a 7.5 to an 8 but I ordered a 7 & they fit well. I have short, stubby toes so there's some extra room but I would not have been able to wear a 6. If you are someone who is annoyed by squeaky shoes, you don't want to wear these without socks because the friction between your clammy feet and the shoes could drive you crazy. There is a little bit of arch support but I wouldn't recommend these if you need arch support to be comfortable. The non-slip soles are great! Personally, I am pleased with them.

I went on a 2+ month bicycle trip last summer and needed a comfortable off-bike and camp shoe. These fit the bill and I got really lucky and found my size at a thrift store! They do get mildly sweaty without socks, but it didn't bother me too much. Also, I have long toes, so the little ridge by the toes was kind of annoying. These shoes would definitely fit better on people with shorter toes. I love how easy they are to clean and how light they are. I have high arches, and these were comfortable even without the insoles I normally wear.

I was really worried at first to buy the shoes because of other reviews saying that the sizing was really off. So I decided to buy them in a 6, 7 and an 8. I am usually a size 7 sometimes a 7½. I ended up going with the the 7 so I would say this shoe is fit to size. It is comfortable, but not for being all on your feet all day. I had to buy inserts and now they feel better. I must say though I have gotten tons of compliments on them, they are super cute!

Very cute and lightweight shoe. The only downside is since I wear them without socks they make my feet sweat like crazy, an' when that happens my feet slide forward which isn't so comfortable. Other than that I really like 'em.

I've had a pair of (red) Alices for about four years now, and they are in my rotation for Spring and Fall and sometimes Winter. Yes, your feet do get sweaty wearing them barefoot, as I often do-- and I'm still looking for a solution to this. I'm contemplating making my own canvas inserts to help out, as they really do look best with bare feet. I have a wide toe box with a skinny heel that sometimes wears a 7.5, and sometimes wears an 8. I had the luxury of trying these on in the store the first time around, ad ended up with a 7. That said, these are great for airports, vacations, and any time you have to be on your feet for a while. I'm contemplating buying them in brown this fall.

These are the next thing to going barefoot. Extremely lightweight but no cushioning, which may be a problem in long shifts on concrete floors. I have a wide foot, and rounding up from the half size I usually wear worked perfectly.

I wish they had covered the whole edge with cloth like they did on the heel. The whole heel itself looks a little bulbous, but maybe on smaller feet (I'm a size 9) this wouldn't be so noticeable? And lastly, bare feet do get kind of in these. But actually a little less so than I feared. Even with these complaints, I still wear them several times a week.

This is a good shoe, not great, for me - the toe box is too sloped toward the little toe, making it uncomfortable (it rubs) and the vamp is cut too low, so even though I know it's not going to fall off, my toes don't seem to and clutch with every step. First pair of Crocs and a little disappointed.

I have flat feet and a heck of a time finding cute flats with some kind of support for work so after some inner debate, I decided to try Crocs. The shoes themselves are pretty comfortable. I do recommend some kind of sock or stocking be worn with them though because I did notice a squeaking sound when I was walking around work due to the material/sweaty feet combination. The size 12 I originally ordered were too large but the size 11 are a little too small. They are cute shoes overall, I just wish they fit my feet better. Seeing as I have worn them once now, I won't be able to return them so hopefully after some more wear they will stretch/mold to my feet.

I work on my feet all day, and wanted something lightweight for the summer. I followed the advice of another reviewer and bought Dr. Scholls non-odor inserts, which is what makes these a good shoe. I generally wear a 9 1/2 or a 10, and ordered the 10. I should have gone with the 9 these are too large for me without the inserts.

Comfy and light but was too big. Must exchanged for the next size down.

These shoes are so cute and so comfortable but they make my feet sweat terribly! And when my feet sweat they make a squeak sound when I walk (like when your shoe is wet inside). Had to return them even though they were so cute and comfy!
