As a hairstylist working in a Solon that values style over comfort, my feet were hurtin so bad at the end of a shift when I wore flats and other "cute" shoes. I bought these and LOVE THEM! I can work all day and have little to no discomfort. My only complaint is that the material makes your feet sticky sweaty... Ick. But I started wearing the little no show liners and that fixed that problem! And they just look like your average everyday maryjane flats! I have a wide foot and they fit me well since the material is flexible.

I was one who always thought the original Crocs that nurses wear, were hideous. Working in the city and having to do a lot of walking, I've developed a major pain in my right foot. I needed nice comfortable flats for the corporate I work in. Today I received my Crocs (express mail/Thanks Zappos) and I was so grateful that I made this purchase. I wear a 9 1/2-medium in heels and 9-medium in flats. So the shoes are slightly tight..I wish I can get a 9 1/2 but I'm sure once I break the shoe in, they will be okay. Ladies if you're on your feet all the time and need comfort, this is the shoe you should add to your collection. I'm glad I added these.

These Croc Mary Jane shoes are the best travel and all-weather shoes I've ever had! They are comfortable enough for work, and can handle the wet Spring weather. My first pair has lasted over 5 years but was showing some wear, so I ordered a new pair. What a value!

I absolutely love these! I just walked my dog in these, in the dark, and they are absolutely fabulous! I have worn them for hours already and they rock, you do not even notice that they are not athletic shoes until you look at them! I have a bad injury and ballet type flats always make my feet sore, so I decided to try these, they are absolutely fantastic and do not feel like these type at all, they feel more like tennies. Or good walking shoes! If you are doubtful, just try them! Seriously, I am so jazzed about finding a cute pair of comfortable shoes that I am buying two more pairs, another black (I will have an extra when these wear out which I am sure they will cause I can wear them anywhere!) and a brown one too. So yes ladies, try these if you have bad feet. They are so awesome! I also have the Kadee and they are also really comfortable, it is unbelievable that you can have such cute shoes that feel like you are walking on air! They do run large, I wear about a 9½ or a 10, so I have the 9 in the Kadee but I have the 10 in these and the little strap keeps them on my feet just fine, even on a dog walk!

A great shoe! Can't wait for warmer weather here in MN to enjoy these shoes without socks. Love the all rubber shoe. Thank you Crocs! No matter how dirty or stinky they get, with a little soap and water, they clean up like new.

The Crocs I tried on at other stores were big for there size, about 1/2 size. However the Crocs I ordered through Zappos were perfect! I am a 10. They are light and airy. I were them to work; I sit often at work. I also were them out and about. I have cats who do like to destroy foamy or rubbery shoes-and these were no exception. I have a few puncture holes and no put them up in the closet or outside.

I gave a pair of Croc Kadees in black to my daughter for her birthday. She has a lot of foot problems & has had a couple of surgeries on each foot. She said they were the most comfortable shoes she has & practically lives in them. So I decided to get Croc Alice Work in Espresso for her for Christmas. The 1st pair was too big, but thanks to the excellent customer service at Zappos, the exchange went great. She told me yesterday that the shoes fit perfect & the little nubs on the insoles felt wonderful. Now, there is no longer the need to wear athletic shoes with her dresses. She looks nice down to her shoes and most importantly is very comfortable. Thank you Zappos!

I am an RN and need comfortable shoes, but I'm totally over clogs, track shoes and other typical options. I have been wearing Crocs flats for the past 2 years and swear by them! I also get a lot of compliments!

I normally wear a size 7½ and I own these in a 6. I love the shape of the bottom part of the shoe. I am not a huge fan of the Mary Jane strap because I am 35 years old, but I bought another similar style (the Marnie a few years back) and I couldn't keep the strapless style on my foot. I kept walking out of the strapless style even after trying to shrink them down in the dryer and using a hairdryer. So the strap is pretty essential for me to keep them on, but I do not mind it so much. I have owned this pair for nearly two years and they are my go-to commuter school. This is a great price for waterproof, fairly stylish, super comfortable shoes. Great style, Crocs. Do not stop making Alice Work! I am really glad that I had a chance to try them on before buying. I would never have believed to buy nearly two sizes smaller than my normal size.

Cute, comfortable shoes. No rubbing or discomfort at all. Size runs big and wide. Usually I am a size 10, but I'm going to exchange for 9.

These are very comfortable for waking or standing. These are relaxed fit which is very comfortable with socks.

Love these shoes, this is the second pair for me (after the dog ate the 1st pair). They are rubbery texture, but no problems w/ rubbing or irritation for me. Very comfortable. Great casual office/house shoe.

I purchased this shoe to give me extra traction while using crutches. They were perfect and complimented my business clothes very well. I was so impressed with the comfort and style I'm searching for another pair.

I love these shoes! Super comfortable and even cuter than the pictures showed. I have Crocs of all kinds, including the "ugly" ones. Forget everything you think about Crocs and try these!

This is my second pair of Alic Work shoes by Croc. I had the first pair for several years, and wore them all the time. These shoes have all the comfort of the classic Croc clog/sandal, with the advantage that the Alice Work is dressier, so it can go places the others can't. These shoes are cute, comfortable, waterproof, and easy to get on and off your feet quickly.

I thought these would make cute and lightweight shoes for taking on vacation., but when I wore them all day to break them in my feet got so tired that I thought I wanted to take something with more arch support. Nothing else I can find is even close to as comfortable as these, though, so I guess they're going after all.

I've worn these shoes every day to work for almost two years. They have held up wonderfully and are so comfortable!
